Stanza Living Spielberg House

Hello, I have been staying at this property since 2021, in these 3 years, Stanza Living did not disappoint. It is truly a home far from home, with good facilities and Food. The resident captain Ashwini Rathod is very cute and caring, she tries to make sure everyone is feeling good and whenever any problem arises, she tries to solve is in minimum time. I absolutely love stanza and will also be doing my Masters from here:)

Ashwini is a very good property manager. She takes very well care of all of us. Also pg is good and food is very tasty as compared to other pgs the house keeping team and others are very friendly.

The worst experience ever I faced.water issues electricity issues and so much more. Food was terrible every time the same thing was repeated. No cleanliness at all

Worst accommodation! They don’t have water supply in bathrooms and only one working washing machine in the entire building. Everyday there is some issue here. They also don’t return deposit

I was harassed to delete my previous review when I was a resident of the property on the basis of "we'll make things better" but here I am.

You're going to regret staying here, the staff and all is nice only when they want to get some work done. The staff changes every few weeks so it's impossible to trust anyone at the property. No matter how many wardens come, they just don't care about their job as long as they're getting paid.

All the 5-star reviews you can see are by the staff members itself, please don't get scammed by them like I did.

Hi, my name is Pooja.ex- resident of spilberg house, stanza living. I just don’t recommend this stay to anyone as they have continuously harassed me for my security deposit refund. They made us shift to another house and now even on sending so many mails and talking to all the house captain, Muskan, Madhushree and sales person Monazir I have not got any response. If you want to stay at peace I don’t recommend this place.
