Frequent cleaning and sanitization is done and even food is served without any contact. Really great job!

One of the worst experience from PG.
I have stayed in many pg before this.

During on boarding or sales call they will make fake promises about Rent, facilities, safety.

Also currently you have to sign for 1 year contact.

But during onboarding process you will get to know prices will be inflated.
Facilities are either not provided or not maintained.

Lot of thefts of products, money also have happened here inspite of having CCTV and security.

Better to stay in nearby PG than this Volos house

Good option for students of Christ, 10 minutes travel. Reasonable price comparatively. 2,3 & 4 sharing with food, located on the main road.

Worst place if you are planning to stay, there is lot of mismanagement going on in this pg. Seniors hardly come for inspection. None of them listen to your problems. There is always shortage of food and no proper electricity back up. You should talk to students before confirming your stay as most of the 5star reviews are fake.

Love the interiors and ambience of the rooms and the whole place. The bright colours really give a positive vibe. The property is spacious so lot of place inside for us to roam. But best part is the terrace - it has a great view and most of my free time I spend chilling there only.

Well located property and very well managed I must say. Everything is in close vicinity, including my college which is just a 5 minute walk from here.

This is a very well-run space. Everything has been taken care of, including meals, washing, internet, housekeeping, and even entertainment. Very well managed and the best part is their staff is very caring and courteous

The security system is pretty impressive and they have all the services like 3-4 times meals, housekeeping facility, laundry, good internet connection and a lot of other community-building programs etc

The fundamentals, such as maintenance, room cleaning, and hygiene, are excellent. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is kind, and the greatest thing is that the residence has its own gym!

Their food is very hygienic and tasty so I don’t have to worry about coming back tired and cooking dinner

I had one of the worst experience in stanza living as compared to other pg. Until we board the pg they promise so many things and finally nothing is fulfilled. Dont go here its the worst of experience I have ever had.

What they promised when I was joining this pg literally they haven't done any work. And main thing there is no one to take care of the people staying there.

One of the best places to stay in the area. The amenities and food provided in the property is just amazing!
