I would highly recommend Dr. Shashikala to any one who is suffering from infertility issues and trying to conceive for a long time. After consulting her, we have blessed with baby boy. She has high accurate in her diagnosis through years of her experience. The best part is that despite being busy throughout the day she is always available for phone calls in case of any concerns or doubts regarding the medication or condition of the patient even late night and Holidays. She always looks out for her patients and ensures the best way forward for any condition and same resolve the issue. All supporting staff are awesome and treated us like family.

Dr muniswamy is so arrogant and do not know how to speak to patients. If you want to be disrespected go to this place. Worst hospital and service. Patients sitting outside also had a similar feedback about his arrogance

This patient Rakshith was very rude and misbehaving, I was there at the premises, when Doctor interrupted, this patient became mad and started screaming.
This patent was speaking on mobile very loudly in the waiting hall. He could not wait even for few minutes, when Doctor was busy with other patients. When he was confronted, he tore the slip given to him and walked away. This patient does not know how to behave inside the Hospital.

Dr Shashikala is one of THE BEST doctors I have seen. Examines and treats very well. She never let us give up hopes and always instilled us with positive thoughts. She is an extremely dedicated and kind.
Even when she has had a hard day at work with emergency cases, she has always ensured to make sure every patient is treated with same care.

Took my mom to the orthopedic here - Dr. Muniswamy. He is good but was quite rude with his communication. Doubt if we'd come back here.

just compare other hospital charges n this hospital.
Dr. Shashikala mam is a very humble and down to earth. She gives more value of patients money (im the example for that) hospital is a homely atmosphere, every staff is a like friend.

Dr. Shashikala, is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. When I have lost hope, she used to boost me up lot. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Doctor respond to patients all the time. Receptionist & staff's are so good, humble, they are friendly with patients.

Pathetic place not organized even sanitizers or handwash not found, dull of drama if there is a heart problem with the patient will die seeing this doctor.no proper guidance money minded loose talks

Not recommended. Front desk staff are rude and they had switched the reports with other patients. I asked the same to the doctor and she told it's just a one off mistake. Along with that the amount of tablets given and the consultation charges are too high. And the icing on the cake is they scan everytime we visit for a consultation. Not sure why a scan is required on every visit. Also scan was very uncomfortable for my wife as it's TV scan and the doctor is rude as weel, she uses very local words and disrespectful.

Not for humans. This facility is run by Robots. Felt like being on a production line. Few sensors hearing what I said, then the attender Robot picked few medicines suggested by doctor Robot. No two conversations, only Robot speaks. Finally at the end you just get shown the door by the attender Robot! The consultation price is extra terrestrial for all this robotic treatment!

This is one of the worst place, where doctor don't respect the patients, she is very rude, she simply said it's a case of ectopic pregnancy and she gave almost 10 tablets per day, when I consult another doctor they said it's a normal one and not ectopic. Please don't waste your money here. It's a jail not a hospital

Receptionist is too rude and has no patience to listen to you.
Dr Shashikala is a great gynec. However management has to hire staffs who can attend patients with lot of patience and can guide them well.

Dr Shashikala is a great doctor. She is so friendly with everyone. She will treat patients with lots of love. Its been 7years I went to her hospital and she has treated me so well during my maternity and pregnancy time. She used to explain everything so friendly. I am so glad to meet her in my life. She will respond to any patient at any time. I was travelling from Hosur to Nagarbhavi during my pregnancy. Thank you so much doctor for all your support.

Very Good Doctors. Both ortho and gynaecologist.

But office staff are horrible. You will not get any single information properly by receptionist.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Muniswamy for treating my leg fracture. To put it in one word, he is doing a health service rather than business. Most of the Dr look at how many test, procedure they can recommend to mint money but this Dr to be honest look at your problem like you are one of the family member. He told me to come back only if I feel the pain is more than 10% of what it is right now otherwise not to come but other Dr.for sure they will ask to come and see once may be 2/3 weeks later at least to get the consultation fee. Also, the fee the very very less compared to all big branded hospital. He is little rough while talking but that's like our Actor Amabarish speaking but very good at heart and the intent he try to explain. I really appreciate your service and I hope you will continue your service.

She is the best gynaecologist.mam is one of the leading doctor in treating all problems relating to infertility.she has successfully treated so many cases of infertility wth almost care and patience.myself had many problems like pcod harmony imbalance.i underwent I consulted Dr shashikala and under expertise guidence and treatment all problems were solved and now blessed wth twin girls who are very healthy.she is very humble personally attention the patients.i have know her since 3 years.mam is excellent and successful doctor.she is very friendly.

Dr shashikala is d best and most sincere n a very successful doctor I've ever met, she has magic in her hands, she makes d impossible possible, she creates miracles for hopeless people my personal experience, she's very very genuine, highly professional n highly educated n a very reasonable doctor who does not unnecessarily charge n gives false hopes to anybody at all, shes very outspoken n tells d truth only about ur health, but I can bet if u have seen too many doctors n treatments n have no hope left u can rely on her n she can definitely make it happen, I was lucky enough to Kno her she has made my life worthwhile.

Dr Shashikala is one the best and fast doctors in Bangalore. I had 3 huge fibroid surgeries out of which 2 is done by Dr Shashikala. My fibroid was really too too big to remove it through laproscopic. But Dr Shashikala did it. My surgery was done is Milan hospital at shivanand circle. My recovery time was very good that's to her and technology. She is one of the best docs in Bangalore. If anyone is facing the same health issue do see her without second thought. Dr Shashikala is one of the best surgeon in Bangalore for laproscopy. Thanks to her that today I have four years old kid and it was natural conception.

She is THE BEST DOCTOR. I hv been knwn her since 10yrs and she is such an wonderful soul. She has taken care of my sis frm day 1 lik her daughter an she does cares all th patients lik that only. My sister was carryin twins she had hypertension, bcoz of doc effort both babies and mother are fne. Thnk q is very small for doctor.

Best gynac anyone can ever get, cares like a sister and movivates and supports, till now I have not met any gynac who will even share there number even incase if emergency but Dr Shashikala mam is so good she responds to all our quiries and text us and build confidence in us during our confusions and stress

I had to wait for the doctor for about one and half hour. I cancelled my plans because of this.

Just money, they are looking for money nothing else, if you have enough money to spend unnecessarily then you can plan there, both ortho and Gynecologist. And I am not sure how orthopedic is still running there with a knowledgeable doctor, he will assist Gynecologist and do assistant job

Would like to share both the good and the bad experience.

First the BAD experience: The doctor's assitant (I guess) was extremely unprofessional when enquired about the availability of the gynecologist, as my wife was suffering from lot of pain. The reply was "no idea when the doctor will come, she may come or may not come" and all this is an impolite and a very arrogant tone. Basically bad attitude.

The GOOD experience: The doctor (Dr. Shashikala) extremely knowledgeable and very good in her assessment/diagnosis of the issue and at the same time very humble and down to earth. Her attention to the patient is very appreciable. Overall Dr. Shashikala is one of the best doctors I have come across. The Doctor is also not money minded or business oriented and the overall consulatation charges along with the medicine was very considerable and affordable.

I would for sure recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine Doctor and treatment at a very very affordable cost.
