Don’t ever try to visit this branch worst branch ever and the staff over there have so much attitude and simple give false information worst

Really hope someday this branch improves-
1) Not just me but saw this happening to many people while I was being toggled from one counter to other. Aim of every employee here is to somehow send the customer back without helping them, either to other branches or asking for more details (not trying to help).
2) I waited from morning between counter 8 and counter 6 and counter 3, all employees greeted me with anger and frustration. My dad expired last month and I wanted to get the money transferred to my mom. But at the end of the wait bank staff unanimously convinced/threw me to go to Sainik board and get my work done threatening that otherwise the work will not happen on time and I may have to follow up multiple times.
3) is this how we want our beloved public service establishments to treat the customers.
All this is because government mandates inflow of funds such as the pension etc towards Nationalized banks so they have business without any hard work, but our money came to us through hard work is not being directed to us with due respect and regards.

I hope someday this will change.

Very poor experience in this bank, employees are treating all the customers like enemies, there is no proper priorities for cash deposit, specially I need to wait for more than 1hr. It is very bad that the way they are treating customers in Bank, no respect towards elderly people also.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this branch. SBI, in general, is not a customer friendly organization, and this branch is worse still. After harassing three account holders in front of me, the gentleman featured in one of the earlier reviews just gets up and "takes a break".

Worst service, the bank employees of ulsoor branch are casual attitude. No time management. No value for customer, employees taking unscheduled lunch time. Customers are made to sit in front of the counter and busy doing some other job. Very disappointing service.

No action taken by the higher authority, hence inspite of escalating in social media also their service is the same worst service.

Requested to unblock my UPI ID on 23rd with a written letter as requested but he was rude and kept the letter aside and said he'll look into it.today is 26th and still not resolved and came back to the branch and I was abused as to why I had my ID blocked and asked to do it on yono app as usual.when I advised that it is asking me to contact home branch then he got irritated and finally signed the letter to unblock my UPI.this is my experience for having my account in this useless branch which can change location and interiors but not customer service and not to do their job better very upset with the attitude of the person in the picture.

Sbi employees does not know how to talk with customer. The manager of sbi who sits in counter 6 he does not how to speak with senior citizens. He will talk so rudly as if he is the ceo of sbi bank. I think all the sbi employees need to go under soft skill training before they hit floor.

Good place and good workers but a few are rude to customers and has the longest wait time. Something always wrong with machines here.
