The location that shows on HAL riad is wrong. It's on the Jeevan bheema nagar road starting only.

I submitted a physical request for change of phone number a week back. Typical reply was server is down, but will be attended by evening.to this day after 10 days also not done. No one picks up the phone, adds to the musery. Have to go again unneccasrily. A shor lady officer there is efficient, others are old SBI type. Phone must be picked by Manager of branch -ALWAYS

This bank is cheater and looting the customer money.
Be careful and don't open account here any more.staff are saying something & doing something
they have eaten Rs 1493/- without activating the account.after that forcefully i closed the account.

Worst bank ever. Staff is not helpful at all. They never respond to any queries of the customers.

Horrible Branch. Inefficient staff. Lethargic approach.

1. When i asked the receptionist about the postal address of the branch, she asked me to check online

2. They are BOUNCING Cheques even if there is sufficient balance. No reason has been provided by the manager (Mr Ram Naik)

3. They are lethargically clearing Cheques worth tens of thousands which have been blocked by the user.

4. If you enquire about any mutual funds, they will tell you the concerned person is on leave and come next week.
