Worst Bank, Changed Address by submitting required documents, one lady manager told this is temporary address, can not be changed.where as i requested this is my present permanent address. I had taken Home loan earlier from this branch, Good i closed before time, now i will change my account to different branch where there is professionalism

Mr Rao and everyone in the branch is very helpful. Unexpected from SBI but they deserve lots of praise as they are very helpful inspite of not being very young in terms of age.

What an useless service by the staff.they don’t care about customers.they are cracking jokes and wasting the time of customer as well as them.such a hopeless branch this is. Not giving proper response for any query. Staff is there just to time pass and log off at 6pm. Any way their job is secured who will ask. That is the reason for them…higher officials please do take action especially lady sitting at corner I don’t remember her name ruining this branch name. If no action taken customers definitely will shift to other bank which I did already

I had the best banking experience till now from this SBI branch. Their employees are very kind and helpful. They have even gone to the extent of working over time to solve many issues.i really appreciate the help which they did to me. Experience was priceless

Staffs here are not friendly, they will make us run around for simple work. Don't expect customer friendliness here on the contrary they may confuse you a lot, in such situations please visit SBI CV Raman Nagar where you will get friendly support.

We reached branch through email regarding loan closure and manager Surendra helped in and out what ever required through email and provided a hassle free experience, very impressed the way by seeing sbi working.

If you are going there for any purpose what you can mostly hear is Machine not working, Network issue, Printer not working, Concerned person is on leave. I went many times there to get a new passbook and update other passbooks. Till now it not happened.

This is one branch of State Bank of India having banking, locker and ATM services under one roof but surprisingly there is no toilet facility for customers even for senior citizens. When I asked for it in ground floor the security security person staring at me in a bad manner and asked me to write to Head Office, but somehow permitted me to use there private toilet. May I request the authority to provide the facility for the customers.

I tried opening Sukanya Samruddhi scheme for my kid, It has been more than 3 months and they couldn't provide the passbook. Everytime they say printer not working, only bank where printer not working for passbook printing for 3 months.what a pitty, someone should raise funds for this branch

For this branch my experience was awesome. I visit this branch close my car loan and get NOC. Staff worked on my case so quickly. They were polite, calmly guiding step by step procedure. Without any hustle they finish all procedure in 20 minutes.

Came to bank at 9: 40 still am sitting in the bank to collect the cash it's almost 1hour gone very very poor bank and not respecting people in the good manners

Never open account in SBI. I had an account at this branch which was working until March 2020, and suddenly one day the closed my account and claimed to have sent the balance via a check to registered address. Now they have my email, mobile everything, but they never informed me prior to closing that this is going to happen. I had moved out of Bangalore and thus my last address put up in bank (where I used to stay on rent earlier) was no longer my valid address and thus the cheque also couldn't reach me. The thing about address is also same, they cancelled my debit card on their own and insisted on sending new card by post to old address, which again I could never receive and then due to no card now, I could never update my address online, so stuck with old address and no card. So bottom-line is, this bank's processes are horrible and dangerous for people and staff and system not customer friendly.
Another funny thing, is reason for closing they mentioned, i.e, no PAN linked? How did you open my account if there was no PAN. My account had PAN and aadhar both linked, but suddenly they lost my PAN link? How? Wow simply mind blowing. Best part is there is no customer support for such issue. Since I don't have account I cant even contact customer care.

I have a Maharashtra state Govt. Pension account at Nagpur. Presently I am at Bangalore. I went on 10th November 21 to enquire whether I can submit Life certificate here. The concerned ladies were very cooperative. I got my work done in 30 minutes and last given acknowledgement also.

Branch building is not COVID-19 compliant. Very congested place and I don't know how SBI conducts the business in this cubby hole place. The room is approximately 10 feet by 5 feet and there are 4 employees.

So many SBI s visited but this would be one of top for customer friendly employees. Kudos to staff for helping!

Very bad behaviors.with the staff.if we ask some doubts they act like devils. I just went last week.to open an account.one lady was asking for wat nuis this the way they speak.the lady who sits right side last is one big devil.coz of her I went tippsandra branch n opened n account.in tippasandra branch wat a polite man he was.if such officers are there ppls will be happy to open an account in bank.because of this ppls. Carelessness u ppls will loose many customers. I hope this msg should be read by higher athourties.and take an action.

Totally worst experience visiting from last one week every time server not working for statement to deposit cash not taking by card and atm machine always out of order to print passbook machine not working and manual not possible for staff, worst service unhelpful staff and very poor service specially KAGGADASAPURA BRANCH STAFF VERY RUDE "FOR ONE STAR ALSO NOT LIABLE "

it was a very pleasant experience this morning.talked to Mr John, the Manager over the phone regarding my difficulties about internet banking log in problems.he asked me to come in person due security issues,
went in to meet him,
he and the staff were very friendly and helpful.and resolved the issues.pl keep up the good work.
It just shows that the people who are nice and friendly matter the most, not the reputation that public sector banks unfortunately have!

One of the worest people the lady sit the counter she doesn listen the customers requirements she try to slap in a conversation I think she forgets that she is working in a subsector understand public property she maintains the reson she getting a salary

Worst experience as always. They never respect people. They just hate illiterates and do not even help them as if they are literates. What to say! Who gives them a job I do not understand. Such a pathetic people. Especially lady employees, road side sweepers are far better than these employees. They do their job perfectly. Do not lay off the IT employees, it should happen for such Govt.employees. They will come to know the value of their job only if such case happens. It is mandatory to give single star atleast, to post this review. Else I do not like to give even single star.

I had very bad experience on my first visit to SBI kaggadaspura branch
The lady sitting in cash deposit counter is very arrogant, uncultured behavior, unfit to be a bank employee

Crowded normally.
In phone they responded, feels good as no other sbi branch didn't respond like this.

I went here to get my bank statement attested (my account is not in this branch), and following happened:
1. I was told I can only get it attested in the branch where the account is.
2. After talking to a lot of people, thay said they can give it but they will have to print it themselves and then attest for which i was called after 1pm
3. When I reached after 1pm again, I was directed to an individual who will do it. She refused to do it and sent me back to whoever suggested her name.
4. Coming back to the manager I was informed that the server is down and hence they can't print or do anything about the printed statement I had. Also, I was told that the server issue is not of the branch but head office hence they can't do anything about it and asked me to go to the account branch.
So, if the whole SBI server is down, how will it help me going to the account branch?

If such a simple thing can't be done in SBI, I don't know what is there idea for customers. Such bad reason and logics, and nothing done.

Very helpful Staff here and they help you in every aspect. Locker facilities are Senior citizens friendly and helpful Staff there also.
