Worst SBI branch I have ever visited. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They do not treat customers as human beings. For a simple work that should hardly take half an hour they made me come for 3days.and worst still the job is yet to be completed.
Worst Bank experience I ever had. Horrible services and response from employees. I have been complaining regarding some issues with my banking but nobody bothers including the manager. Everytime I go they ask me to submit a letter. Later no status update even after several reminders. No tracking system of the letter submitted, no updates to customer what so ever. Ridiculous.
Worst SBI I have ever come across. They just dont answer the phone calls.and another landline comes with some weird space noises.wonder why these idiots are even getting salary for!
Worst branch I have ever come across. I went there to open an account on 2nd April & my account creation formalities are not completed yet even by 5th April
On 2nd I submitted all documents & photos, yet they asked me to come on 3rd without giving any reason. I went on 3rd & the lady at Desk 6 tried doing something for 10 mins & told something is not working and she will do the account creation by next day & she would call me before she creates the account
Even by midday on 4th, she has not called. I went there around 4th & they were acting as if the creation is not important for them. I told them if my account creation is not complete by end of 4th, I will complain to the branch manager. They completed just account creation in less than 15 mins. But they told me I have to come next day for collecting passbook. I went and asked the lady at Desk 9 & she told me to come the next day to collect the passbook
I went there on 5th and she told me the server is not working & I have to come next week after Tuesday, i.e Wednesday or after to collect passbook
So, even after 4 consecutive days of visiting a bank, you cant get an account. And we are paying for all those guys who work in this branch
I went and complained to the manager & she was as unresponsive as the rest of the staff. I forced her to acknowledge my complaint & she signed on the document after a heated exchange between me & her
The most horrible branch i have ever seen, for one address change i have to visit so many times.if simple banking work takes so much time, you cant expect customers to be happy
