Worst experience. This branch has" few worst staff members (not all) " that I've never seen any other branch of SBI. They don't know how to behave with customers. On a serious note being a SBI customer, I would suggest SBI that proper training should be given to it's staff. Because of few un skilled staff members, the customers are getting affected, and hope SBI never wants this to happen to it's customerl. I don't want to mention the staff members name here, but hope this should not happen to other customers.

For one small work they make us to roam a lot. They're more neglected people. This branch they're not customer friendly.

Please don’t open any account in this bank. Staffs are really worst and unhelpful for costumers. Very unprofessional govt bank.

Present at good location. Staffs are help full, as usual its remains crowdy most of the time.

One star for unfriendly attitude of few staff, they should know that each account holder is precious & every single rupee matters. They are employed & paid to serve people, not to show their rude behaviour.

Counter no. 3 Lady needs some personality development coaching.

Better not to save money here.

Token system has to be brought back because still there are majority of people who never follow one after the another (queue) system, no body comes to bank to spend free time.

Horrible Bank experience. They cannot change my phone number inspite of a letter submition in person. They will make you roam around for a small task a 10000times.

This is probably the oldest bank in Vidyaranyapura. The staff and the customer service has improved a lot since a couple of years. Just ensure to visit during the mid day of the week to avoid the crowd.

One of the pathetic banks I've known in Bangalore is this one. The staff behave as if they are doing us a favor. They need to be more sensitive to aged people, pensioners etc. Their biometric thumb scanner are all screwed up and inturn blaming the aged customers. Though this process happens once every year, they are yet to prepare themselves. Either the staff needs to change or we have to change banks, simple.

They contradict themselves, they say they have lot of work and busy and hence they can't serve my request as per time, when I asked online facility for ppf account they behaved rudely with me saying, can't you visit the branch once in a year. I have no idea what is going on, they are out of their minds.

The security in this branch is the only person who is public friendly. Poor attitude of staff. It appears like staff just want people to not come to their branch. The higher authorities need to take serious note of this and try to inculcate public friendly attitude in the staff.

I gave to change my number 4 months back still now they did not done this if we ask he say come tomorrow that why I open another bank account on canara bank it worst bank sbi the manager is bad

The branch is one of the oldest and centrally located in a residential locality. Hence it is always crowded. The software issues are numerous and never ending, really do wish SBI management was more efficient. The employees here are usually overworked, I see the employees always working after hours as well. But with patience you can get your work done and I was given the same respect I gave and you need to know how stressful their job is also. I have seen some really rude customers as well as some rude employees. So it's a two way process.

Whenever we called to the bank, no body receive the call, simply ringing no response most of the time.
