I went on a working day there was no rush or waiting time.staff here are friendly and helpful.

Location is wrong. Look for Infiniminds private limited, SBI shares the same location. This is IFSC 32295

Worst experience. They give you insurance without your permission. With out reading don't sign any paper.

Slowest of all banks. Only 2 counters who deals with customer support and cash/cheque deposits. I am here now in the bank and 1 customer they are dealing for last 30mins. Worst exp.

Excellent experience. I went for my mother's life certificate. The support and compassion I received is absolutely above and beyond. Thanks to Branch Manager Mr. Chandan Verma who is very supportive and competent. His approach and behaviour truly sets an example

Worst banking experience ever.
Really a uneducated and unprofessional branch manager Sujata Bagh. She has a really a bad false commitment and unprofessional behaviour which leads to a harassment to SBI customers.

The location of bank on maps is misleading.
Actual location is opposite to sattva signet, near SBI ATM.
I have gotten list couple of times hence thought of helping you guys out.
I won't be of much help with bank review.
I had taken a loan with a finance partner helping me for documentation, so the process was pretty smooth and hassle free. The manager was also helping

Pathetic response from staff of Kasavanahalli Bangalore branch. Went for jeevan praman and were sent back saying it's not done at this branch go to some other branch. SBIs staffs attitude is really pathetic. Mgmt should really look into this

Shoo away, the bank staff and even the poen has attitude to find ways to send you back. I went along with orginal documents and was sent back that I don't have Xerox of it. Really, is it 21st or we are back in 19th century here.
Advice: Be prepared with all the necessary and unnecessary paper before entering otherwise be prepared for multiple visits.

I had applied for an education loan through this branch, and the manager, Mohit sir, was very helpful and clarified all our doubts. He worked to get the work done faster despite the lockdown. I could get my loan processing done quite fast.

Incompetent work force. As a result you have to visit multiple time. Last year (Feb'21) I have applied for my debit card but ahhh. Pathetic. Still waiting.

Really painful to deal with this bank. There the printer does not work one day, another day the branch manager is not there. For one DD we have to wait the whole day.

I completely agree that this is worst branch of SBI. 75% of the time network will be down and it is a golden oppurtunity for employees to sit idle and enjoy the tea. I have been approaching the branch for last 1 year and it includes 5 times of my visit to just update my passbook. Also I requested for my online banking user ID and password 8 months ago. Still I have not recieved and they do not know what is the issue. It makes me feel funny about the employees over there and angry as well.

One the worst SBI branches. Network and other infra is down most of the time. Staff can not perform simple transactions. They do not know. They keep asking each other. To open an account, you need to visit 3 times. Simple things such as printing passbooks and check deposits are not done in one visit.

Very very bad staff it's to much late. For all customers.dn no kannada only hindi&English.

Not sure why sbi staff behaviour is strange everywhere. Is it so they are working in fortune500 or they have got their dreams. Every customer is respectable and behaviourable.

Extremely bad experience, staff changes very frequently.extremely slow staff, even for a smallest work you will have to wait for hours that too when there is not much rush.
Staff keep looking at their computers but don't call the token numbers, gods knows what they are looking for. Serving a single token some times takes 30mins or more. Totally unproductive branch.

I had been to this SBI branch recently and they have very good customer service, the person who handles customer query is quick and very clear about the things.

If you want to open a savings account, go to some other SBI branch. Its almost a month & they have not been able to create a account for me even after 3 visits to the branch. They keep saying to wait for few more days.

Worst possible service. Communication skills of customer facing staff = 0.
They don't have basic etiquette. Shout at customers like they were beggars. Seriously! No soft skills training is it? They expect customers to know all bank rules and requirements. When they do give out information, it is half baked. It is unfortunate that one is forced to visit these banks to avail government schemes.

Wort SBI branch they people told that they don't deposited money from other sbi branch but they deposited two times now they tell me very rudely specially that two ladies counter no 2 and 3 they don't have manners how to talk customer only for money deposit they told fill this form and after that get confirmation from her madam whenever she will agree then they will do stamp and after that money will be deposited and that lady told me otherwise u can go somewhere they will deposited ur money and charge will be 150 worst service.
