Went on a Thursday, location is close to Post Office/vegetable Market. Smooth and helpful staff, was great.

Very nice place and specially the guard and people was very helpful there.

This atm is having money most of the time.
I can even go there in midnight for cash no issue it will be available.

You could talk to bank and ask them to provide money online it could be done form here, guards are really helpful there.

I visited bank for to reset login password and profile. My home branch is in odisha and I didn't had ATM card as well. Bank staff helped me and issue was resolved within 10mins and I am able to access my net banking.

I had reached out to SBI HAL Branch manager over phone to re-activate a DEF Account and have it transferred to a branch in my home town. Although the process is complicated, the branch showed exceptional customer service in facilitating the request. They provided clear instructions on what was needed from my side to take the case forward. Once I submitted the documents, whenever I called, I was provided with the status in a very professional manner.

Best customer service. All staffs are very respectful towards senior citizens. Very helpful and very patient. Supportive and hard working. Worth opening an account here. Since I live in the other part of the city I couldn't open here but my family member holds an account since 1995.

You need to visit the branch for every thing which is so outdated. We opted for a home loan and we have to visit the branch or RACPC every day to get the loan approved. Very bad experience.

Please note the location marked on Google is wrong and it is opposite to the HAL vegetable market. Bank still is following the old tradition of asking customers to visit the branch for KYC verification. My account was made in-operative and I had to take leave to visit the branch which is an outdated practice.

The complete staff in this branch doesn't respond good the look people like some slum people entered into there home very worst experience i suggest people to go with bhimanagar branch worst behaviour and attitude, The counter number 4 one lady her attitude was hurting she's keep on going while a customer is speaking to her this is what SBI people work
