No proper guidelines is given
Bad communication

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star
Have heard in trolls and jokes about SBI staffs
But when experienced it’s not just staff even Manager Arti Shiromani very pathetic

I visited recently and bank workers not responding for any getting information about account.and also not good employees.also manger.most worst bank of all over world.

I'm a retd.banker myself. We worked in an Era with no computers and were faster than the staff at this branch. Very pathetic and disappointing customer service. I missed taking my afternoon medicines due to the delay here.

One cash counter and one staff. Staff steps out 4 times when attending to one customer. Counts the same bundle of cash on the machine more than thrice.

Bank manager missing from his cabin and no one to complaint to.

Government offices are more efficient than this branch.

Slowest people on earth operate this. Token counter is where people can't see. Staff literally crawl here. They have Monday blues every working day.

Today I visited the branch. Even though many were on leave and bank was running with skeletal staff, they were working tirelessly and was able to complete the tasks. Appreciate the female employees who are really applying their efforts and working with 100% commitment!
