Really fraud people.they shaw is different property pictures while booking.very bad experience.rooms are in poor condition.enyone cant stay for few minutes.very very bad people even they don’t refund amount also.

Typical money minded people, dirty and stinky rooms,
Shows something else in pictures and gives different rooms.
Save your money and time, don't book it,
They'll lure you to book without AirBnB.

Beautiful view and clean room. Simple room, but all you need:) A nice little private terrace area outside each room to sit and look at the beach. Directly on the beach which is fantastic. Peaceful and idyllic.

The place is lovely and beautiful, the staff is great, it is clean and the rooms are big. The location is perfect. Feels like home

It's awkwardly placed on the beach. In the corner. Ofcourse the plus point is that it's right on the beach but you can't really enjoy it as much from that angle. We were there after Christmas but before NYE and it was extremely costly. An AC room was on 5k and with no inclusions and the room wasn't all that great either. Thankfully we moved after a night (right on the beach again but better location).

Lot of middle mans and they will loot you. Brokers will eat and drink your money.

Better go and check directly at kudle beach. There are lot of options as well.

You need to climb up and down to reach this fecility close to 1km from parking place.

In Non AC rooms only one wall fan is provided on the opposite side of the bed.

I was charged Rs. 2000 for NoN AC room only and no breakfast, no food, no drinking water.

No Dining facility available.

No room service available.

Only cash, Upi payment accepted. No card payments accepted.

Rooms, bathroom are cleans.
Location is quite good can visit Gokarna (15 minutes), Kudle (1 min) and Om beach (25 min) by walking. Lot of food options must visit The rock Namste Cafe having good food at cheap price with lot of varieties.
Surrounding having lot plastic garbage not sure if this is all time as i visited during August

The staff was a bit rude but they helped too to keep our luggage for sometime after our checkout which is nice. Room was fine. It was Decent and clean too. The best part is the view. The view is stunning from the hotel. I will definitely gonna choose this hotel if I plan to go to Gokarna again.

It was an ok experience. I paid 500 rupees for my room which was super basic (not even a shelf to put my stuff on). Also you could hear everything between the walls which interrupted my sleep. The owner wasn't the nicest of persons. I spent almost a week in Kudle and it seemed that you can find better options around there.

It's perfect place to stay in Kudle beach. Rooms will face towards sea. From your room itself you can witness the beauty. Rooms are not that costly. Rooms are clean. They have their cafe as well, so you can get the food at your room itself. Staff is also good and friendly. They have single room, non AC room and AC room.

The beach view is crazy and the rates are reasonable keeping in mind that it's Soo close to the beach.

Due to its location, cleanliness is an issue, but they can't be blamed for it, rates are also good based on the fact that its a beach facing stay.

Had a horrific experience with the host who seemed to be so distressed in life. Got a negative vibe from him.
