No clarity in refunds,
the customer service is unreachable, very eager to get people to make payments, constantly spam with messages on whatsapp and don’t respond to queries

Visited my colleague here and found tidy but not much clean. Very much near to. Office and bit costly. Food is good as per my colleague and affordable with 2 sharing at 11k.

Building has no maitainance, Zolo Nirvana is the most ignored Zolo unit. Pictures posted are very old. Zolo Management has let go of this property. They just charge high electricity bill and Increse rent mindlessly.

I had visited my friends room here rooms are well maintained but I heard lot of food related issues sometime he told me some Insects in the food and he also told for everything they charge even for lunch also (breakfast and dinner is inclided in the fee)...

Though i stayed for few days only, Padma aunty was rude to me all the time but she helped me when i was emotionally down. Later i understood she ise a nice person.
