Haven't purchased any furniture, visited their studio for a workshop. Good studio to conduct small workshops of 20 to 25 people.

This is specific to Ms. Jashika (not sure if I've spelled it right!) who was with us at every step of purchasing new furniture and ensured that we are informed about what we are purchasing and how it is a right fit for us. This review is to save people from doing my mistake and waste money.
Never ever go with this studio. I went for my entire flat interiors with them. Worst decision of my life. Design head (Rekha) will not even bother to look at the designs and progress. For each and everything I myself had to track. They gave a vendor for non modular work who did horrible job and even had major behavioural issue. Still they didn't do anything against the vendor. Their finish is also not very good. Did lots of hidden design changes which was not conveyed up front. I doubt their materials also now. Overall a nightmare. There are many nice interior company so never go for them.

On the 5th of June my husband and I went to Pepperfry on 100ft Road, Bangalore to order 2 cots and one mattress and a protector. The Queen cot was delivered in 2 days as promised. However, without informing us, the order for the single cot was cancelled unilaterally by Pepperfry but the custom fitted mattress for the single bed was not cancelled and also the mattress protector which was delivered first before the cot was canceled. When we found out that the mattress was on it's way, we naturally refused delivery as what do we do with a mattress and no cot? Our queries on the phone with the salesman in the show room a Navnitt Kumar were most unsatisfactory. So we went to the studio personally where we had to spend an hour trying to sort this mess. The attitude of Navnitt was most annoying as he washed his hands off. His comment to us was and I quote. " What can I do? I am only an employee and I need this job. " Finally we got the helpline in Mumbai from him and it has taken them 3 weeks to refund the money minus some amount which they claim is the discount and goes to the Pepperfry wallet. Also we are out of pocket for the mattress protector. We are senior citizens and we found this whole experience tiring, demoralizing and we decided NOT to deal with Pepperfry in future. Please get your act together and a better training for your sales person Mr. Navnitt who had the air of being burdened by our problems when we had not cancelled the cot and we were facing the inconvenience of battling traffic and having to make so many calls to rectify the mistake of the Pepperfry team. The team in Mumbai should have refunded the mattress protector money too. Please do not put old people or any person through this.we have never had a problem with refunds with Amazon.get your act together Pepperfry.you just lost a customer for life.

Took one of my client for a visit, they don’t have much wardrobe options otherwise, it was a good experience. They approached us and checked if we had time so they can share the quote and designing in front of us, unfortunately we had to rush, this was something I really liked about them. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice experience center. Went there to check some of their collections (study, living room furniture etc). They have some good items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed all the items and explained. Their suggestions were very valuable. The prices are on a higher side but they are designer items

Unprofessional staff. No one was ready to assist. Mr. Amandeep Singh attended us for 2mins and then ran away. They have very few options for having an experience. If I had to browse the website I could have done at home too. Waste of time. Please visit on your own risk. Giving 1 star as it wont let me post the review.

I was a bit apprehensive to shop furniture online but pepperfry has simplified things to next level. I had ordered a lounge chair, which unfortunately had to be canceled due to unforseen circumstances. The customer care executives were extremely empathetic, helpful and understood my situation. I was even willing to bear the cancelation charges as the product was already shipped, but they even waived off the cancelation fee and refunded the entire amount including the credits used. Thank you pepperfry for the excellent service. Will definitely only be shopping from here in future!

I had placed an order of the bean bag, what I had ordered and what I got is totally different product. Very unprofessional.

They delivery faulty furniture products and give fake promises of the warranty. Please do not buy their sheesham wood furniture as they have multiple issues and after sales customer support is pathetic.

6 carpenters have visited to fix the furniture but in vain and they still want the customer to accept the faulty product.

Please don't buy any item from them, this all items are 3rd category products which not able to sale by manufactures by own stores. They given to peppery fry for sale.

I purchased sofa set 2 years ago, due to manufacturing defect, they had returned 2 out of 3 in last year, 3rd one damaged now due to manufacturing defect, product in 36 months warranty but they don't want to return it and saying this is damaged due to over used.

1. We purchased sofa for uses not for show piece.
2. Your technical team said it's a manufacturing defect.
3. Attached some pics see it this looks like overused.

4 last 7 months using bean bags due to covid lockdown not purchased any new items.

5. Even all items purchased 2 years back it's starts cracking now, Bed, sofa, tea table.

Pepperfry is a fraud company, bought a rug from them using their online website.
Photos and real product are completely different and the customer care is filled with frauds when raised a complained they said you are blind and cannot even see the photo also have same colors.

Reaching the location requires backyard knowledge of the place else one can miss out on the location, if there is a public transportation bus parked at the bus stop.
However once inside the showroom, the
furniture on display catches the eye immediately and has a rich and solid feel about the finish.
Didn't encounter any hounding sales person breathing down my neck and I was able to test and experience the furniture at my own will.

Very few are present in studio. We cannot check all models at studio and in online portal also, we cannot find all the details/specifications of the product

Do not buy any products from Pepperfry, they provide damaged products under name of discounts and do not take products return. The customer support do not resolve the queries and force the product on customers. Have filed the case with consumer forum for fake return policy and bad quality product.

Decent collection of furniture and courteous staff. But they only have solid wood units at the store and not the other ones. Also, they don't have furniture from other brands listed on their app/website at their store.

I have ordered a product of 2 quantity and the product quality is worst.it is having termites infestation.i have raise a request to return both the quantity as it comes under same order but they refused to take it. And the discussion is stll going on from past 10 days.the customer service people are of no use.they dont listen to customer.customers call will be kept on hold and will get auto cut.no response over phone call. They will just drop an email as formality but will not reply to customers email.the post sale service of company is worst.i suggest no one should buy from these cheap company.its waste of hard earned money, time and effort.i feel urban ladder is much better than pepperfry.pepperfry is cheater.

Wide range in designs, good store to go around but all things are out of stock and not available for quick delivery which is one of the drawbacks of this store.

Do not buy anything from Pepperfry. First of all they do not have models of most of the things sold in their Website. I had ordered a Wall mounted Foldable Table and was looking for a chair and since was not sure expected the chair to be available in the Studio and to my surprise it wasn't there. So it's same as ordering from their Website. Executives available are doing the same. Secondly Today my Table had arrived and was expecting it to be Mounted/Installed to the Wall and the Carpenter says only Assembly will be done and I have to get another Carpenter to Actually fit it to the Wall. This is not mentioned anywhere in the Warranty and Installation and thus misleading the Customers. Theyalso charged 400 for this Assembly whereas I was expecting both. Folks Beware do not buy anything from Pepperfry. Im sure theLocal Furniture shops do much better than these Hifi guys

Not a good experience, bought wardrobe furniture and paid in store. They promised that everything was updated and done but however after three days called to check on the status and was surprised to know they hadn’t updated the amount.this resulted in delayed delivery and delayed assembly. Very unprofessional

I placed order - 306450838 on 11th August and I was informed that the Sofa will be delivered by 18th August, the next day the machine updates the delivery date as 19th August. I do not see any updates after that. I kept calling the customer service and the Studio with no improvements on my order. Even if I call Customer service the automated machine states that it will be delivered on 19th August - Stuck in time.

Now neither am I receiving the refund nor I am getting the Sofa. Studio is not able to take responsibility and Customer Service is also doing the same. Worst experience and I would recommend everyone NOT to visit Indhira Nagar Pepperfry.

Nice studio, the app where u can buy ur furniture with just a tap without any hassle. Products are really awesome. In studio u get see the products n the crew members will help u choose the best furniture in ur budget I'm thou so happy with the furniture

They told us that pepperfry will provide reassembly services in case of shifting, but now the customer care is saying that they don't provide any such service.

I went their for my interior work and discussed with them. Thay said they will send quotation but I m still waiting for it. They did not send

They have the worst product and equally worse customer support teams. The customer support people hardly care about customers. They sell furniture whose spare parts and additional parts who won't find anywhere in market. Specifically beds, they are abnormal sized beds and mattress is not available anywhere in the market. If you tell them that we want to return it back, they say: We do not have any such policies. The quality of material is very bad. I have placed three orders: Bed, Temple & Side corner, everything is of bad quality and they are not ready to take return request and issue me the refund. I have not experienced such an inconvenience in my entire online purchase history. Pepper Fry Ops & Customer Support team, you should do something about it. Founders, please keep a note. This is not a right way to treat your customers. You will end up shutting down your business if your team is not customer obsessive and customer centric.

A strict no no to online shopping via pf. Coustmer care is the worst. They don't hv return or cancellation policy. Humble request don't buy and regret.

I bought one sofa from a website i thought it is a pepperfry product as it was on website and spend 24000 and with in 2 months its pring gone and complained also but no use so humble request never buy from a website of pepperfry as they have putted waste products there one company Jordan LHS Sectional Sofa With Pouffe In Beige And Brown Colour
