Subbaiah Hospital

Overall my experience here was good. Everyone I've met in the hospital were kind and cooperative. The final charges were an issue as I felt it was a bit expensive. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hospital to be visited for cold, fever like sicknesses.

One of the most excellent hospital in the surrounding! Commendable work and good doctors and staff.

Doctors are good but sometimes they too irritates but the people at the reception need to work on their politeness and behaviour.
Lack talking skills.people at the reception counter. They ask you to call and take appointment. On reaching the hospital they say phone appointment doesnt matter and its a first come first serve basis. They lack absolute professionalism. The doctors are however good.
Ended up not going there as the way they treated us. As the doctor shows partiality for well being dressed,
As it's the hospital whr my baby has born but ended up not going here after.
As in the same location Dr Nagabushan sir is there he's so down to earth even the receipt ladies are well mannered PPL, there behaviour with parents and kids are humble and kindness.

Had thaken my father here for chest pain, and the lady doctor there immediately guided us and referred us to higher centre. We could save my dad due to the emergency care given here! Extremely grateful to the doctor.

I had gotten admitted for dengue fever with very high fever and platelets counts.
The staff here are very friendly and take care of you like family.
Specially sister Ruheena with her smiling face kudos to all the staff and the facility.

Worst experience, went to collect urine sample, no toilet paper, water spillage, flush faulty, bad smell, and so on due to this we can get multiple diseases. This i noticed to laboratory she replied adella namge gothilla.single toilet for ladies and gents.

I prefer not even giving 0 stars, worst hospital and doctor ever, I had been for first time for my 2 year old kid here the doctor is prescribing steroids for such a young age, if asked for any side effects from medicines, he's telling it's totally safe because he wants the children to get sick soon and get admitted in his hospital often, only money minded hospital, often doing blood tests x rays and often admitting children here for silly reasons.saw so many children admitted and heard a lot from people who admitted there children here, worst money minded hospital and doctor.

A wrong prescription was given by a trainy doctor to a child patient need to improve staff.

Rude staffs. They don't even provide bill of payments. Worst ever experience in a hospital.
I wouldn't ever suggest anyone to get admitted in this hospital. And they also charge a hefty amount.

I have brought my aunt
to get admitted to this hospital for dengue fever and they did 3500 for bed in general ward. I have paid like 5k for advance payment but they refused to give me the payment bill.
They said that they have written in the admission form so they will not provide the bill. I told them to return my money but they refused

Hi had a worst experience, came here as an emergency of my younger brother who is just 5 years and there's no response even from duty doctor or the Sunil subbaiah. Receptionist just keep on mentioned 5 min, 5 min. I just wonder what's the point of coming here and having a worst customer experience and still paying a huge price for it.

You guys are in desperate need of better service.
People come to your hospital in desperate need, if you can't assist them you should shut your door and find a better way of making a living.

We had an encounter with the doctor on duty on 14/10/21, you are such a shame to the whole doctor profession. Looks like you have forgotten the oath you took to save lives and serve the community to bring in suitable living.

If you can't treat desperate and needy patients and their families well. I'm just questioning the kind of ethics you follow in life to live. I feel in general people treat strangers better than how she treated us.

We have been visiting subbaiah hospital on various occasions for many many years now and the service I received last time is such a disgrace.

If you can't treat the other individual with respect what is the point of you being so educated.

Dr. Sunil Subbiah is the best pediatrician. I am taking my daughter since 5 years and very comfortable.

This was a good hospital prior till 2008.basic surgery that costs 8k was charged a whopping 19.5k with a days stay.thankfully mediassist covered for 13.5 and moreover they are not ready to provide you the bill breakup/ bill for money paid other than insurance. Insurance dept at hospital tries bullcrap talks.

Dr. Sunil is the Gem like a Doctor, He is easily approchable.he feels the pulse of middle class families which is more in Mathikere surrounding areas.
Some duty doctors r excellent some of them needs to improve alot.
Big kudos to Nurses bcoz they r doing tremendous job. Thank u!

Very Bad experience with Dr. LA Bhat!

Since Dr. Bhat is a gerneral surgeon consulted him for mom's umbilical hernea and ended up getting MRI done (cost us ₹11400) since my mom was also complaining of back pain. After that, he said the back pain was muscle pain and told to excercise.

For the umbilical hernea we went to st. Martha's for 2nd opinion and informed about the back pain also in case it was related to the hernea. A simple xray was suggested by them (cost us ₹450) and osteoporosis was diagnosed. Now she is undergoing treatment for the same.

Never go to subbaiah hospital.very poor experience with pathetic nurses who don't even know to provide IV injections.no use of gloves.and they use the same syringe twice.
Ur family will b at risk in this hospital.also the billing is more than high sector hospitals.

From the day my son born, any kind of health issues we are visiting subbaiah hospital only and Dr. Sunil is very good child specialist. Today I.e 15/02/2020 between 06: 00PM to 08: 00PM. I dialled subbaiah hospital landline number and some one receives the call and said Dr.sunil Is on rounds today. I requested him to give Dr. Sunil appointment he said not possible I told him its emergency but still he denied. I told him if you people are giving these type of services no one will come. For this his answer was so rude and I.e ok dont come. Dr. Sunil sir we didn't expect these type of services from subbaiah hospital. Please look into it.

Duty Doctor who treated do not have a single percentage of politeness. Outpatient consulting room have no much space, not even one person withpatient are allowed inside like if there is surgery.
Though it was for a small issue, scanning and blood tests were prescribed without even referring to senior doc or General physician.
The receptionist was having a rough conversation with probably the supervisor.
Over all not a pleasant environment.

Doctor doesnt know what to do with a weesing problem patient. He prescribed medicine for 1week instead of nebulisation.

Dr. Sunil subaiaha is a very excellent children doctor, he has a vast experience & knowledge. He treats the children very patiently, understanding their health problems and gives best medicines for fast cure.

Worst experience.no value for patients time and no meaning for appointment. Long waiting time even after taking appointment.no proper communication from front office staff.

Back end/front office staff not having how to communicate with patients. Not maintaining timely appointments. 30 minutes to 40 minutes some time it will happen due to emergency patients. This one happens every time. No point of use taking appointments over the phone.

There is bakawas management. Appointment ke 2n half hours baad check up hota hai. Reciptionist telling telling only 3 patients remain please be seated but for 3 patients they r taking 2 n half hours. Very irresponsible

Great care was taken by the doctors here when I was ailing. I appreciate Dr Sunil Subbaiah and his team for diagnosing my illness and treating me with appropriate medicines and putting me on my road to recovery. The charges here are reasonable and affordable.

I had a very good experience at Subbiah Hospital. The staff were very cordial. Dr Sunil Subbiah is one of the best paediatricians. Every time my child is sick, he has treated my child and my child has recovered very well. He has a healing hand. Great care is taken by him and his staff. The rates charged here are reasonable and I have never been charged anything extra.

Very worst treatment. Please don't admit here anyone. Not having experienced staff nurses. Especially night duty nurses. They do lot of trail and error while finding blood steams. They have injected 20 times to find blood stream. Both the hand and both the leg they have made totally 30 marks to find blood stream. Dr. Sunil subvaiah not having patience to lesson our feedback and suggestions. Always hurry burry.

Good hospital for child specialist and Doctor Bill is more and very high. If doctor is checking the child's on Sunday means rs. 100 is more. First time doctor consultation fee is RS. 400 and second time doctor consultation fees is RS. 300 (if doctor told to come also) and third time doctor consultation fees is RS 200 for the same problem for came for first time. Duty doctors are available 24/7 for all days.

I've given one star because there's no way to NOT give a star here. This hospital ill-treated my friend based on her appearance. She walked into this hospital to change dressing; she had a biopsy done. The Nurse - SASHIKA and the Doctor - AMITHA literally yelled at her in the rudest possible manner - they wouldn't change the dressing because she didn't have a prescription. If those are your hospital's rules, fine, but the doctors or the nurses DO NOT have any right to yell at a patient in distress. The Receptionist REFUSED to confront the doctor about this and the nurse made sly remarks for the second time. Worst experience EVER. I've posted their names here specifically so nobody has to go through this again.

After an appointment I came next day night (which is within 24h) my baby was keep vomiting after taking prescribed medicine. I mate field doctor and at the same time we have seen Dr Sunil Subbiah. We have tried to communicate with him to see my baby but he ignored asked to go and check with field doctor. At the same time I have realised that, now its became business word is lie "doctor is a god".

We were there in the hospital for 45min after giving vomiting medicine. And suddenly Dr Sunil shows up and asked to see the baby we were happy but without any futher update note he followed the same as field doctor and then we left to cash counter to pay and then we came to know we have to pay for both the doctor. Which is very bad. Felt like seen the baby just to increase count

Never suggest anyone for this hospital. Very bad experience.

IT's Not eligible to give single star also, Management is too worst. First they informed Mediassist insurance is available (GAYATHRI). So i went for cashless even mediassist is popular insurance company each and every hospital is having the insurance. Even in the doctor prescription also they mention mediassist insurance name. First day keep on telling sir we sent all the details it showing inprogress in our portal. I checked with medisassit team but they haven't any request from Hospital, 2nd day they said still its not approved again i checked mediassist same replied its not received than i paid 15k and went for discharge bec hopistal peoples told we will refund the amount once its approved. So they got there money 3rd day i went and asked for refund or insurance status that lady gayathri and DR Sunil is telling it was deleted from our system its not possible to contact insurance company due to network issue so mediassist suggested to send atleast mail to mail address but staff and doctor sunil not agreed to do so later i called mediassit team and transfer the call to that lady later got to know Hospital not linked to mediassist every year they need to renew the policy but this peoples not renewed the agreement itself this fact is well aware of DR Sunil bec he is the owner of hospital but behave like a innocent. Finally we lost some money.every time one or other issue from this hospital so please beware of hospital. Worst hospital and management always look for money not the patient least bothered about customers.
