Read only negative ones -Finding hotel is little tricky, located inside narrow lane - No towel in 1 room and other was torn -200extra charged for gst by hotel after payment on oyo -Hot water was not working -No lift facility big miss sice old ppl were there gave rooms in 4th floor -Rooms are very very small -No refund from oyo if booked wrongly by mistake
I HAVE VISITED THE HOTEL, BUT THE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE SAID THERE IS NO BOOKING DONE EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, HENCE I MOVED TO NEXT HOTEL.
I personally dont prefer this lodge to any one, Rooms was not clean, bed cover was fully damaged and they will add the damage cost with you, bed and pillows are very hard to sleep, no chair was provided, there is no space to keep the luggage too conjusted room, bathroom was very very small can't even turn, The behaviour of the receptionist was very bad and their preferences fully focused on only money.on call they will tell low price after reaching there they will increase the price.i wont give a single star for this lodge totally waste of money.
One of the best stay i feel here price was bit moderate not much high nor low stay was good staff was supportive sadiq manager was friendly i like food was tasty n much more near to railway station n metro. Nothing to say much refer to family n friends nice to stay here
The service was so poor, I booked from oyo app. They took my mobile phone and didn't allow me to write a review. There are many good hotels in the same road starting from 850 to 1000 for 2 people. Just please don't waste your money in this hotel. Rooms are small, no hot water supply, no drinking water supply.
Very worst I booked two rooms for nearly 1100 but they charged me 1700 don't book on OYO and dont go to subha residency so many hotels are there if u come directly to other hotels u will get triple occupation in 900 ony

It's very bad and I booked the oyo side bt they didn't provide in room and the room condition everything is bad. And the staff was bad behaviour. OYO price and the subha residency is different so pls don't stay here

Worst behavior person in reception.they demanding more money, if don't pay no room. SUBHA Residency cheated me and got more money. I paid through OYO Rs. 452 and Hotel get Rs. 198 Total Amount Rs. 650.no use to through book Oyo. I complaint against this Hotel for cheated me.
Just awful, the location is so bad and their construction going on outside. Plus the quality of the rooms and the beddings, not upto the mark, wouldn't recommend this place
They are cheaters. I booked a room in this hotel visa Oyo rooms. When I reached the hotel, they asked me to cancel the booking and the hotel person was so adamant and strictly said that only upon cancellation he will provide new room booking. I lost 1000 rupees. Moral DON'T BOOK VIA OYO ROOMS DON'T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL no water, no lift, not a friendly atmosphere, no food.lot of no.
Very bad experience, not even clean, They ask me to sleep in receptionists room and they ask me extra money they said oyo paid money is not enough for us. This is worst behavior and it feels like unsafe for girls. They don’t even give a key to our room they ask me to leave a room unlocked when i go out. I have never seen these kind of hotels in my life. If you refund my money also i won’t compromise please kick out from the app in that hotel
I stay here for 3 days food was tasty staff are supportive n clean neat rooms excelent servise near to railway. I suggest who come n stay here plz feel free your self n stay here owner is good I got complementary tea coffee over all nice
It’s been worst stay ever, Rooms are not clean even new guest check in after old guest check out. They used to split where ever they want. Receptionist asks extra money even after booking through online.
This is a cheap hotel, with bad facilities and service. Suggestion - Want it cheap - yes but don't expect anything else apart from 5 x 10 room without AC. Increase your budget a little bit and there are many more better stays in the vicinity. I could not stay here and shifted to another hotel immediately. Payment made in advance didn't matter much as compared to the sound sleep I had at night.
Horrible experience. It’s scam, we called a day before also on the day of visit to enquire, they claimed all activities are available but when we arrived they said only pool is available none of the rope activities and other activities are on. Staff don’t have courtesy towards guests, had to ask 10 times for each item including welcome drink, bat, ball etc. Not worth for 50% of what they charge. For kids also they charge full amount.unprofessional staff ask for tips (collected 50rs for providing archery after 10 times follow up) they started rain dance after 5-6 follow ups at 5pm which was supposed to start at 4pm knowingly 530pm was check out time, lunch started after 130pm.
Worst hotel been here today and just lost it they way we were treated they denied the booking for which amount was paid and the price of booking this hotel is 1499 and the price they charge here is 3000 which is double if you book at hotel and what's worst is it looks like a Oyo basic hotel and they claim to be 3 stars which is hilarious. The reviews itself showed what amazing this hotel was.
After online booking and full paid the manager said the room is not available and asked for extra thousand rupees for another room. Then he did hold my passport and cancelled my booking from my phone himself so that i dont get refund from oyo. It was Very bad experience, didnt give me room and took money too. The guy himself called himself or ye gundagiri karke hotel chala raha hay Stay away from here everyone i hardly request.
If there could be an to option give 0 or -ve stars I would have given that because this resort is not at all worthy for 1 star because of it’s staff special mention to marketing team, he has heights of ill treating and abusing the guests and their professions. I visited this resort today for a client’s shoot where some incident happened n instead of handling it peacefully n patiently he started fighting with Makeup artist and shown how unprofessional he is at giving hospitality. I’ll advise people not to book this resort as he will only consider guests who has booked and paying for the resort not to the people who are accompanying the clients. If you don’t want your family or accompanying people to be insulted please don’t book the resort.

If you are looking for a simple, cheap and comfortable place to stay and visit around Bangalore, then it's a good place to stay. Rooms are tidy, staff is friendly and rates are less. Good place for bachelors.
The room was decent enough. The bathroom was too small where I stayed and the latch was missing in the bathroom door. I think I did not select a proper room.
