Hopeless, Because I have booked SSLC EXAM STUDY PLANNER 2020-21 but they sent SSLC EXAM STUDY PLANNER 2018-19 (one year old edision)

Very bad experience. Staff is rude. They charged for all the books and then said some are missing from the set and need to be collected from the same place after 10 days. They refused to deliver or make the process easier which means I have to travel 17 odd km to pick up 2 books once again. Horrible.

I must rate single star at the movement. Refund (Grade 9 books asked me to cancel) requested 8 days ago, neither i could see the progress nor a responsible reply so far. How many more days does this really require?
Even ordered books for grade 10 yet there is no response even after 8 days.
