Just a compact and cramped building so typical of similar outlets on old city shopping district. The building houses stores selling electronic /computer goods like so many others in neighborhood. Neighborhood has high density traffic, heavy pollution, limited parking space (mostly two wheelers) but then these do not appear to be deterrents to the thousands who flock hundreds of shops due to exclusive nature and competitive prices.
Not a big campus like other tech parks, it's simple and easily accessible to the IT guys. One can easily reach this place boarding the an BMTC bus and any other means of transportation. Near to jayadeva hospital, Sagar hospital, Diary Circle.
It is a corporate building with companies like IBM Samsung and ThoughtFocus. Since it is an OLD premises, it doesn't have food courts or service like modern day tech parks but it has a decent canteen where you will get proper reasonable meals and snacks. And there is a small garden as well.
The oldest slot for IBM in Bangalore as far as I know. The environment is fine, but the working space and infrastructure is lagging behind the other offices now, like Manyata, EGL. Can't blame, it is older than those ones.
Situated in a prime location near the center of the city, Subramanya Arcade possesses an old, but pleasant atmosphere, with white and grey toned buildings. While the buildings are aging, the maintenance of the central garden and the walkways remains excellent.
