Bad service worst response non of them doesn't know to communicate, over all horrible experience.

Pathetic would be an understatement to describe this statement.
I have never been to such a bad subway.
Unprofessional staff, nothing available.

I hope Subway does quality audit!

Veggies are not fresh so is the chicken.

I will think twice before ordering from any subway again.

One of the worst Subway. AC has been leaking for over 6 months. Oven is not working. No tray for food. If you order an achari sandwich then no changes to ingredients. If you want achari Mayo then extra, if you want picked onion then extra. For the price we can get a much better gourmet sandwich on swiggy from soo many places.

Went in here with lots of hope. Walked out. Disinterested staff. Stuffy. Hardly any standard Subway options available.

Just walked out after going in, shabby place with water leaking, oven not working.
The staff is also least bothered.

Very poorly maintained. I don't think subway franchises don't get audited or quality checked at all. 3 females sitting on the floor and watching YouTube. AC is leaking. Sauces are stale. Food served without a tray. Kitchen filled cardboard boxes.

They never have a good service, specially the female one always sitting on video call and not even pretending to actually work while on her job. Every time you visit either they will not have the breads or the sauces or sometimes their oven is not working, sometimes their upi is not working. I would love to connect with their manager but that female employee never shares the contact details. Humble request to the manager to avail the cctv footages and take action before that store is out of business.

Not recommended! Their seating doesn't work! They don't have bread options card machine doesn't work microwave doesn't work! It will be a disappointment to visit!

Subway team I would strongly recommend you to update the store else you are losing Indiranagar customers.

Hated it again. Worst subway ever. They never give baked items. Its been couple of years with same answer that the oven is not working. The making is also not good, the food looks stale. I saw rats below the counter. Felt real bad.

Pathetic customer service. Toaster didnt work when i visited this place. The people here are too lethargic to inform it to the customers. At the time of my visit, three sauces weren’t available. Will not recommend this outlet of subway.

Horrible Customer Service. Knowing for a fact that the customer was waiting for almost 15 mins before she could order her meal, the server decided to take the order of a customer that just stepped in. And when corrected started making a frown on his face. Eventually the customer had to leave her meal, the husband as well left his meal and they walked out. Very sad. I decided to skip my meal as well.

This outlet is better given a miss. Their toaster don't work, they don't have sauces and they serve stale Bread. Add to it, the place smells.

Quick, Healthy, Delicious, You can't go wrong with a sub. This subway outlet in Indianagar 100ft road makes delicious subs. They always have everything in stock and fresh.

I have been there many times with friends and alone and have never had any bad experience or a day when something was off. Courteous staff who make good food with a smile in a clean and hygeinc place.

First of all, the outlet should be shut down for serving old food to customers and not maintaining a clean environment. I had ordered for a Paneer Tikka sub and guess what - The Paneer was old and hard like rock, served with a hard stale honey oats bread - barely chewable. The management should look into this matter immediately. I would not recommend this outlet at all, to anybody who cares about their health and the quality of food being served. Management and staff, if you can't maintain a small outlet such as yours, kindly resign from your jobs and find something else to do with your lives, instead of causing risks to people's health.
