I had ordered food from swiggy through this outlet and my sub did not have veggies or sauces

If you are visiting on a weekday afternoon, be ready to wait for sometime as online orders take precedence. It seems introducing customer to the food options had taken backseat. If you know the menu and combinations then you can navigate your order. For anyone new, you have to ask all the options out. Competing QSRs have kept up the customer warmth.

The new options are pathetic! One can not customise and the person at the counter doesn’t tell you that you can’t customise…

I was offered zero veggies white break dry chicken … had to give it to the dog … din wanna throw it away … after all I paid for it!

Very worst experience they will not add veggies and road side sandwich is better than this outlet.never recommended waste of money and staff is not professional.

I found veg and non veg burgers roll with fresh green salad and cheeze at Subway India. They bake their own bread, with healthy filling & delicious sausage with all kind of spices and fresh paper roll. They have 6 inch and 12 inch burgers roll at a very genuine price. Also good customer support.

Highly disappointed!

I have ordered takeaway with “cheese pull”. Since o was not having there and asked them to pack it, very conveniently they have not put extra “cheese pull”. And charged full amount.

I love subs but this act of serving customers making it worst! Very very disappointed.

So, I had always heard that the HSR branch is the worst but I never quite believed it. Now, after having tried their food, in-store and delivery, it's a HARD PASS. They serve STALE ROCK HARD BREADS, the fillings are minimal, their store is EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC. If you are willing to visit this store, do your self a favour and VISIT ANY OTHER NEARBY STORE, but this.

Totally incorrect order delivered. Got different bread, no veggies, no sauces which were requested added.

Poor online order EVERYTIME. This outlet should shutdown as they don't care about the order, any comments or customer needs. Stale bread, no cheese, way too less sauces, INCORRECT toppings. They put everything that wasn't selected. DON'T order from Subway HSR Branch. Others are way better in terms of taste and service. Oh by the way, this was corn n peas!

Really poor interiors. It's clearly designed for swiggy and zomato agents to pick up and go. Not at all good for dine in. And the veggies were soggy. Just poor experience from beginning to end

The subs and BR ice cream were upto the mark and tasty. But ambience was bad. Poor cleanliness, AC not functioning, staff not courteous enough.

Customers are made to wait for more than 30 minutes as their priority is to serve the swiggy and uber eat guys. Management needs to understand that walk in customers are also important. I waited with my children for almost 30 minutes since the kids were adamant and then was informed that half the items are over.

I ordered chicken slice and teriyaki salad which tastes good. But the staffs there need bit more training to attend customers.

Ne of my most disappointing experiences, even more unfortunate is that Subway has been my go-to meal option for over a decade now. When we walked in there were a few people getting their order in. I observed the guys behind the counter were clearly unhappy about being there, had a very negative, lethargic body language, I even saw one of them rolling his eyes when another customer walked in. There was no acknowledgement of me standing there. No smile, no courtesy, no service.

For the first time I walked out of a restaurant without eating and walked right into Burger King across from this place and was super impressed with their service.

You guys need to pull up your socks about service or you need to shut shop.

I really love subways, their subs and salad along with variety of sauces. The staff is really good. Recently i had paneer tikka salad here and it tasted really nice with fresh paneer and all veggies. Packing was also good.it does not spoil if you taking a take away or ordering it.you can also customize your sub the way you want

If you wanna pay 400rs for a piece of bun, pepsi and some Vegetables, you may step into this place.
Also they will put advertisements as lower priced dishes and when we order, the bill will be coming like a tsunami. A perfect place to be cheated.

Its a subway - what review could i possibly give other than courteous staff anf good service. Place wad mostly clean.

This place is just beside health and glow HSR and is walkable from BDA. They also have sub of the day offers and you get at a discounted price. The place can be maintained a bit cleanly. Sometimes it gets crowded and may need to wait in the queue.

Decent staff, polite in taking orders, unlike other outlets. As always, being subway, quality was good.

The only Subway in HSR layout 1st block. The place is conveniently located next to McDonald and offers some good alternatives.

However, this place can house only around 30 people and is maintained very badly. There was no one to come clean the tables we wanted to use and the table looked no less than a garbage dump.

Very unprofessional people working here. The food was good though - classic Subway!
