Rude behaviour of lady staff, Just nodding Head for the questions.

They Can put a display board outside, that if customers want new lpg connection they have to buy new gas stove for the shop

Force to buy new stove

They think that the customers are their slaves. They behave as if they are doing some favour to us.

They don't allow you to enter inside and have no proper place to sit. Everything has to be done standing on the road. Very bad

Worst service, kindly remove old ladies from your agencies and appoint youngsters, I reached the agency at 4: 20PM with all the documents with phot attachments and letter which they asked for also with the form with complete update just they need to cross chq the written address for that they wer not ready to collect the documents they asked as to come the other day as the documents submitting time is till 4: 30PM it seems
They think only that have work to do we are jobless stupid staff

Have been with this agency for 7 years, super friendly and helpful staff. Quick service and very professional handling.

Very bad service and staff was not cooperative at all.they were forcing to buy stove if u buy gas from counter or else book online.so I dropped and got connection from Murali Gas and they gave me connection in 1 hour.

Pathetic Service and Rude Behaviour of Staff. It's been more than 1 month I haven't got my Gas Book and even got a refurbished regulator.

Can't say very polite but good. Only problem delivery guy will ask you 50 Rs.as home delivery. I do not wanted to create any scene and most of time paid. Several times I took cylinder direct from godown still they asking Rs50

Very bad conversation.they dono how to treat with customers, they are showing attitude when we call for any information.

Staff there are good. Can't say very polite but good. I visited to transfer it was done in 5-10 minutes. I was customer there for 4 years. Good service and timely service. Online cylinder connection experience was good. Good on time delivery.

The most unprofessional, Impolite, Rude, Negligent and Disgusting staff is working here. Delivery boys are pathetic in their work. They behave like rowdys. Have complained multiple times but have not seen any kind of action or change in their unacceptable behavior.
Govt is only bothered to increase price on hourly basis, but no regulatory on agencies.
Just pathetic and painful

Worst People working at this agency. Arrogant people doesn't coperate atall. They will make you run 3-5 times for all documents.
The management should take action and changes thier people's behaviour.indane gas service is the public service. They should be polite and cooperative.

Very bad customer service an no response to office phone call an charging more than Bill's Amount Theft.

Staff should be more efficient fast and courteous to customers. Staff must realise that Customer is King.
