Tracking was not good. Charging points were not working, reading lights were not working.
Helper started arguing with one passenger when he has been asked to help keep luggage in luggage space in 6657 bus.

Worst experience one off sitting in front office that guy don't know kannada what's is this we are in karnataka worst experience in my sugama travels experience

Good travels.
Travelled to mysore to karwar many times.
They are at right time reach destination.
Neat and clean buses.
One star less because at night where they stop there is no good wash rooms for women.and there is no options also

My first choice is sugama. As u can slp as ur in home. Smoother drive. Plenty of time for food and washroom.co- op staffs.totally 5 stars.

The worst bus I have ever travelled. They opened my luggage bag and they stole few things from my bag, and they were very rude to us. I will not recommend this bus for family or Women.

It's kind of ok at this price but it could have more comfortable and end passengers don't get pillow that's something i didn't like

Maintains time as scheduled. Was still better earlier days when it initially started. Just coz of few indecent drivers and cleaners, it's name gets spoiled. Rude in some ways, not all but few in this travels.

Hassle free online booking (offline also available) and they have maintained the bus quite well, so a good choice for comfortable long journeys and hygiene is also taken care of.

Don't purchase tickets online, they will sell the ticket locally and blame you not to arrive on the stopage at time.
