Worst bus ever, don’t ever book this bus.

I am aware that I cannot expect extreme professionalism but what at least somewhat professionalism is needed by this bus service.

To start with, as usual I had a luggage bag with me along with a hand bag.

Hand bag I can carry it inside the bus, but the driver told me I have to carry the luggage as well because he did not have space on the trunk. The trunk was full.

So a person can move his whole house using sugama bus as how much a passenger can bring in the bus has no limit and who ever gets most luggage get the preference.

Secondly, the seats were so dirty and the was dust like leaves, stick from trees on the bed (I had booked a sleeper bus).

Please I won’t Say take your business somewhere else.

ನಾನು ಇವತ್ತು ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಇಂದ ಬೆಲಗಾವಿಗೆ ಬಂದೆ. ಸಮಯ 0430 ಬಸ್ ನಾನು ಬಸ್ ಹತ್ತುವ ಸಮಯ ಒಂದು ರೇಟ್ ಹೇಳ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಳ್ಗಡೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದ್ ರೇಟ್ ಕೇಳ್ತಾರೆ. ಯಾಕೆ? ಇದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಇದ್ರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನ ಕೊಡಿ ಏನ್ ಡ್ರೈವರ್ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ ಗಿರಿ ಮಾಡ್ತಾರಾ. ಥು. ಎಷ್ಟು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಸಾಲಲ್ಲ

I came to Belagavi from Hubli today. Time 0430 bus I boarded the bus time they said a rate. They sit inside and ask for a rate above.why This is not correct. Please pay attention to this, is the driver doing the conductor agent again? Thu.no matter how much they gave

Contact no does not exist, then how & when should we contact? When it will be updated, YOU R LOSING BUSINESS

"WORST TRAVELS EVER IN BELGAVI. I DON'T KNOW IN OTHER PLACES" These people don't respond properly for pick up, doesn't come at pick up point and say you'll are late. Rather other are best than these.

The driver and kinner are very rude and arrogant they don't no to behave properly.
