No much sitting and waiting chairs in Anand Rao circle office, no rest rooms,

Buses will be never on time, and all are very old buses

One of the worst service provider in banglore.
Recently I travelled from banglore to gulbarga in 9th Feb 24, bus no PY 05 9677,
Worst bus Cleaner and drive, Cleaner always fighting with customer and he broke my glass box coz I didn't give him money (asked money to keep my bag safe otherwise he will throw on top of bus). His name is Siddharth.worst service.

Service in Bus is good but enquiry service is not good. Person in the enquiry counter is not knowing rote bus from which place it starts and from which rote it move.

Great service. If you reach early to the pick up point. There is seating available here. Timely response. They will drop us in time. No delay. I have travelled thrice.

Good thing is that they have ample space for passengers to sit but no washroom and Limited parking. Buses do not come on time always.

A small place in a busy place. Could have been better facilitated. There are only few seats to sit. This is mainly for booking sugama tourist buses. No washroom available here

He has not dropped at correct location as mensioned in the ticket.its very difficult for the person who is new to Bangalore. Worst service.

Basic things all in place no major complaints, however places where they stop enroute can be a lot better, in the middle of the night. Maintained timings, buses were clean enough.

Horrible experience they make other people whose ticket is not booked to travel in same bus n make them to sleep in footpassage.

The world's worst travel's.if they empty seats, they will stop in every bus station just to fill up the seats and also they will stop to buy coconut also (refer the attachments below). Please check out the images to get an idea.

Staff were good, they guided well. Only drawback with the place is, washroom was missing. Please who ever want to board sugama tourist bus, plz board at race course road, it's quite good with waiting hall and washroom.

Driving is rash. The seats are not properly designed for sleeper coaches. Govt buses are far better. Some of our co-passengers booked train tickets for returning and cancelled Sugama tickets.

I traveled through Sugama Travels from Bangalore to Gadag and I find the Bus is very ordinary and very old. The bus was a sleeper one and found the seat was very conjusted compared to other bus I usually travel like VRL. The journey was smooth and was in Time and also has an option to give the reminder call and message near your stop. If they improve the bus qualify then definitely it will be a very good option.

Took their private Tirupati Volvo package from Bangalore to Tirupati and return for the first time. The experience was bad compared to Govt managed similar tour package.
Rates are higher than govt package with no additional facility, seat nos allotted are not maintained in the journey, their guides make you pay additionally for security deposit of mobile phones, bag at temple complex, additional laddu when requested for are charged by extra 35 rs each by their guides against temple fixed rates, guides keep threatening rudely to leave passengers behind at temple complex in their urgency to return back, in case of bus breakdown they provide alternate arrangement with no seat consideration and incorrect drop at Bangalore with no consideration to late night drop or age of passengers. Pilgrims are advised caution due to high handedness of operators as payment is taken in advance.

Quality not maintained (Seats, Cleanliness) in bus with route no. 19, poor quality bus overall.

Small space shop but since it's majestic and centre of Bangalore one can understand and adjust. Ofcourse people will travel to places and it's just matter of 1-2 or even lesser wait time for waiting room.

Expected the Suguma at Anand Rao circle as that of VRL and SRS pickup points. However, all the basic facilities are provided

Bus arrived 15 minutes late. Dropped at a wrong place though it was in the ticket saying it won't go there.
