Best place to Board in. Need to improve bus quality other then everything will be okay

Pathetic buses and the worst halts. While the staff is good, the bus condition needs to improve.
I have booked sleepers and regular buses. Sleepers need some serious upgrades in terms of comfort.

Narayan sir Sugama B both Bus is not proper maintenance, pick up point and dropping time is also to much delay

Yesterday night (13/09/3021) I was travelled moodbidri to bengalore my mom was sugar patient she wants to go washroom morning 4: 45 the I was asked the driver can you please stop the bus 5ms he was so angry and rudely speaking with has after that the clean the man was helped me this not professional should be understand the situation we are not asking for the half an hour just 5 minutes he understands the situation

Last week there was only one seat was available from Mudabudre to Bengaluru at the time of booking that too last seat to be honest was not really happy while taking that seat but when we reached my place happiness (my wife and daughter had a good sleep) was full filled thanks to the Driver for smooth drive.
