Worst service ever, driver was a crazy maniac driving like a mad man. People were traumatised and were puking out of window

Coaches being good …I travelled from Bangalore to Manipal in Sugama travels NL 1744 bus number and used to travel regularly through AC sleeper
But even after reaching 1.5 hours late to destination driver was very rude and denied to give stop at syndicate circle and was in top of his voice talking to customer
Really this is inappropriate way to behave with the customers
Please take the appropriate action and necessary steps henceforth further customer should not suffer based upon his behaviour

Worst experience i was travelling from udupi to Bangalore and the bus was standing in Kapu for 4hours due to engine failure and there was no other substitute for us and we waited till 1 in the main road without proper facility and no one was properly explaining the issue please take the bookings if everything is proper in bus

Was told to get bus by 10: 30
Now the bus has broke down and he never informed, now i should wait til 2.
U people had informed atleast NL 1744.

Yesterday 5th May 2023 I had to travel in AC sleeper bus (Route 70), but unfortunately to my surprise it was an AC seater. I agree that the scheduled bus has broken down but for a courtesy sake non of them called nor informed. I also saw that some of them were given refund with remaining amount but I also didn't get that. I called the office twice informing the same but they were neither courteous nor they refunded the amount. But I was told to call back.
Isnt this bad follow up?

Doesn't giving proper information, talking impolitely very worst experience I got while I am booking the ticket careless staff they don't know how to talk with customer so irresponsible service I ever got.
