Inside bus you will found lot of cockroaches, you have to carry Hit. If you are catching bus otherthan 2-3 stops, you will find some other person using your sleeping seat, and they used your blanket. If we tell this to bus staff they are saying sir what to do.
I stoped using this bus. All this happens in A C bus gold class.

Worst service, I am traveling from Dharwad to Bangalore on 30th sep with non AC sleeper coach service bus number KA 51 AF 4736 with upper 10 as my seat and there is no reservation or booking of upper 11 (seat next to my seat) den too for extra income/ money driver given seat to unknown person without thinking about security of co passenger luggage, i m carrying my laptop and other things which are expensive but from this driver is not at all bothered worst staff.

Beds are not clean no blanket will be given, we don't mind if thy chrge more but should gv basic facilities

I recently had the opportunity to travel with Sugama Tourist from Hubli to Bangalore, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The staff at the Hubli office was very professional and helpful in assisting me with my ticket booking. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Worst journey i ever experienced in this bus, windows are stucked, no pillows are on sleeper class seats.

Bus number KA 51 B 4927 bus driver he driving the bus too rash it is very difficult to sleep i don't know why I have booked sugama bus like that I am feeling I am praying for God to reach safely to Bangalore next onwards I will not book this bus when the driver don't care about passengers

On 16.6.2023 In sugama bus number KA51 AJ 1353 SEAT no L9, i suffered lot with body ache because, one woman who reserved one seat for her but came with her kid around 7 years and made me to adjust with her kid in that double sleeper bed. That woman with single reservation indirectly acquired two beds for her n her kid making me inconvenience.sugama department should take action on such activities it's my request.

1 Hour late Pickup from hubli and taking without booking passengers in all the stops like Govt bus

Hello Greetings of the day. Its a worst experience I had. They mentioned the office opening time at 9: 00am but since last night I was trying to contact the office, I had some important file to reach here through parcel. But these guys not picking the call and morning by 8: 30 and after 9 am also calling serveral time still they are not picking and as well what they have mentioned in the online shop opening time is a false. If this improves might many customer get help by this coz don't no many them will be in urgent or any important parcels to reach out here. So i kindly request u to update this. My suggestion to the people who reach here contact them before u reach here if not responding post ur feedback so that Travel agency can take care of this issue.

It's good for next delivery to Hubli. I had to send two back packs. It was delivered swiftly. They charge according to bag weight. They charged 150 for two back pack.

Need to improve service by the bus drivers and other staff, for example talk softly with passangers, need to stop for reguler urinals. It is most important that should be in good hotels because ladies passangers need it.
And hubli minimum one AC buss nedded from Karkala.

Enough space at the office for the passengers to sit down while waiting for the bus with social distancing maintained. Bus was clean and on time.

In this covid situation please ensure co passengers don't occupy other reservation seat, today while boarding 5462 bus from Hubli some one laying in my reserved seat and he was not wearing mask also.it is not safe and ensure this safety measures.

Pick up timing is good in Hubbli. Boarding point is Bravia Sony Building too near chennama Circle.

Bus fare is too high but the service is worst and if you forget your luggage in bus so I don't think you will be getting it back.

Located at center of the city near to local bus stand & City bus station.
It's very convenient for customers to get transportation facility easily.
