Today, I encountered a distressing situation that compels me to bring this matter to your attention. Upon occupying a seat, I discovered it infested with bed bugs. When I lifted the seat, I was shocked to witness a distressing scene beneath – a breeding ground for bed bugs.

This unsanitary condition is not only unacceptable but poses a significant health risk to passengers. I believe it is crucial for your company to address this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation.

I am reaching out to you directly before considering sharing my experience on social media platforms. I believe that an amicable resolution can be reached, but it is imperative that this issue is addressed urgently. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a timely response with the steps your company intends to take to improve bus cleanliness and overall quality.

Had a very bad experience. We lost our personal belongings. Had to travel a lot from my friends workplace to get her things back. Her earphones where missing and they did not even budge to help us find it. The cleaners where very rude. I can assure that somebody from the agency only stole it! I would say that it's is very disappointing to see such kind of travel business from Bangalore to kerala. People should value the time, money and efforts common people like us put to reach our home and spend some time with them amidst all these problems

The bus was on time n it was really neat inside I was first scared as I read many bad reviews but to our luck we got really good bus, we travelled to Gokarna from Bangalore he also stopped for washroom at 5, which was really helpful for us, the only thing is the driver didn’t on the charging point unless asked him

Nothing extra ordinary about this place. It is a large shop, luckily with lots of chairs for being seated while waiting for your outstation bus to arrive. Announcement of the bus arrival is not very effective, resulting in some anxious moments and having to wait outside when departure time is approaching and having to scamper on to the bus with luggage, which could be quite an ordeal for senior citizens.

Has charging plugs available, you can charge your phone until you wait for your bus to arrive.

They won't maintain timings. They shud tell bus route and tentative time of arrival at destination. I had a journey from bangalore to kundapura, 6;30 am this bus shud have reached kundapura but it took 7;45 am to reach. I don't recommend sugama

Well managed facility. Staff is helpful and courteous. Ample seating arrangements. No restroom available.

I don't know Kannada and the people over there took care of me. They treated respectfully. Suggested service for the people visiting other places from Bangalore via bus.
