Worst customer service ever. Don’t book even by mistake. They will take booking amount, cancel from their end, and not issue refund for long periods of time. Highly unprofessional service

Dont ever take bike from sukuto especially from Mumbai, they will not give the deposit money back. Bike is not well maintained… they will give different bike which you booked… no horn.no light… no indicator… pls don't put yourself on Risk.

This guys told me before booking at any cost I will get the delivery by 8pm on 29th Aug. After booking they changed the time to 9.30Pm.promised me at any cost he will deliver the bikeby 9.30PM. I waited till 10pm.no vehicle.i called many people several time.finally he says he will only give me next day 2PM.if I want to cancel I can cancel but he wont give me any refund. I need to be in their mercy.not sure if I am going to take this vehicle tomorrow, if I take I will properly planning to teach them a good lessson before returning. A88 h07es these guys are

Really bad experience with sukoto they increase price at any time even if you have already paid advance payment they will ask you for more or else threaten to cancel your booking.

I found it very poor at last moment their delivery partners denied for vehicle and then we had to pick vehicle from other location which was very tidy for us because we had to cover almost 25 km extra distance for that which wasted our entire day almost of our trip and when finally we picked vehicle from other delivery partner they provided us very poor quality scooters rather as promised for well conditioned vehicles.

Never ever book any bikes from sukotoo. I booked a bike and paid in advance but they said they didn't have any vehicle at the moment and please ask for refund at customer care. No one is picking up the calls. That is totally fraud app. Please try to avoid booking from this company. Highly dissatisfied.

Hired 3 bikes all 3 bikes had issues with one of the bikes headlamp falling off in middle of my ride!
Absolutely horrible service at pick up with the bikes not even being ready at agreed time of the hire
Will never use again

Booked a motorcycle from them online, when i reached the pickup location, there was no one, the contact person said there are no vehicles available, tried calling their support but no response. Got a callback and the guy said and sent a message that booking amount will be refunded in 7-10 days. Its been more than that and i haven't got my money back, and as usual they are not responding to my call. I would not recommend this.

I booked in Manali from Sukoto and it's really good service good condition bike Behavior and all everything. Go for it

They cancelled our booking that was done months ago just 1 week before our trip and now the price have increased

Check points-
Check your two wheeler properly before handover.
Sukuto partner will keep your driving licence. (it won't be issue in Bangalore, cause digital licence is enough to).
At the delivery time show them valid I'd proof.

Worst service. The bike condition provided was bad. I had to wait on the road for 2hrs.

When called to Sukuto, they asked to us to to the bike partner directly.

These people are looting us.
No refund at all.
They are asking more money for everything.
Dont get into their trap.
Please avoid booking this.

I had booked a Dio online before the trip, but at the location i got some other vehicle with barely any fuel to reach the nearest fuel station. The vehicle wouldn’t start whatso ever! I immediately called the ‘support’ number online who told they would get back to me in 5 mins with a solution. But, no one even contacted me untill the trip was over. The entire trip was ruined as it was a herculan task to start the vehicle.

Booked Activa in Sukuto site. Apparently the location was of Rentelo.
We had aadhar card (as per site it can be used) which they didn't accept and they didn't give the vehicle.
On cancellation, they told refund is not possible.
This was strange because it was to be refunded as per site policy.
Complete looting strategy from customers.
Don't fall for this fraud.
Most ratings may be fake as well.

SCAMMERS
I wish there was an option to rate zero stars. I booked a bike rental from saket for 12/11/2022 to 13/11/2022 with booking I'd DEL00616, but on teaching pickup point the vehicle was not available there. So, I asked for refund from sukoto. Had to call them three times till now but couldn't get a refund. Never use this service.

Overall a very bad experience guys, the staff is very rude and they don't even try to understand our grievances. They mainly try to loot money rather than giving goodservice, I and my friends are extremely flustered by their behaviour

I booked 2 scooty as active from 21 sept 2022 to 27 sept 2022 they charge me 400 rs per day each,

While booking they will agree on every terms you say

after reaching at airport we found the scooty price their is just rs 300 per day,

We get 2 scooty with private number that is white number plate where as we asked sukuto specifically for yellow number plated scooty before paying

we booked Activa but we get fascino whose tyre is in very bad condition with no brakes

when you ask to get full refund they will say you will receive in 5-10 days

I suggest you to take scooty in the location only, goa has very good supply of scooty, where you can check the condition of scooty before paying and you dont have to waste time on fixing old bullisht like brake and tyres

Scooter was fine. But there was a slight delay in delivery. Worth the price and genuine service. Agent Sankar Dhayalan from Chennai branch was cooperative.

1. They give you the option of test drive and then you can choose the bike.
2. Bike conditions are average.

Easiness in collection -
They have the multiple branches so accordingly you can visit and collect the bikes.

Overall Feedback: Good support, On time resolution, Prices are cheaper.
