The service was bad. Food arrived 40 to 1 hour late and drinks came after the bill was issued. The bill had added items which we didn't even consume. Food was good and so was the ambience but the staff coordination and service was terrible.

Service and ambience is really good. However, food presentation is nice and taste is as good as any other descent restaurants.

Beautiful ambience and a beautiful place for food lovers. It will give you long lasting memories for the ambience.

A decent a la carte restaurant with good food. The same building has a buffet restaurant called Buff Buffet Buff. We visited the a la carte option available in 4th floor for a team dinner.
We had a nice time. Service was good and staff was friendly. Both veg and non veg food were tasty.
Parking is a headache due to the location it is situated in.

What catches u 1st is the great ambiance here. Nicely arranged different size tables for groups. One has to order food via online which seriously doesn't help many. Food is good and service was pretty quick. We had only veg and we all loved their veg platter. We felt the quantity of the items is less compared to the pricing.

A good place for team lunch with varieties of starters, main course could have been better and to end with good desert option.

It is a good restaurant right in heart of koramangla near Jyoti niwas college. Has a valet parking which is a must in that location. Restaurant is ok first floor with a big seating area. Food is good and staff is responsive and friendly

I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very bad food we went with our family for dinner last week. Taste of the food was very worst (salty, oily). Next day the food gave very bad digestion problem to all our family members, it's been a week still our digestion problem didn't get resolved.we also visited their buffet (BBB) it was a great experience with yummy food but this sultan of spices was one worst experience

Taste was not upto the mark and biriyani i would say the worst biriyani I ever had here starters was also not so good and desserts were good over price for the taste

Amazing dining Experience. Ordered the Tomato Shorba, Aloo Mukki, Makai Malai Seekh, Garlic Butter Roti and Kadai Paneer for two of us.

Every single item was exceptional and tasty. To top it off the staff who are extremely polite and considerate of our preferences and always willing to go the extra mile for an happy customer is what will make me return to this place always.

Ambience and staff behaviour was good. Here we had tried a few of non veg recipe, which was really delicious.

Too much crowd yesterday. Husband and myself got stomach pain after eating here. Not sure if the left over foods are used after Saturday or the same cooking oil is used so many times. Most of the starters are fried ones than being grilled. Avoid this place especially on weekends, it’s overcrowded, service is poor and the food served was not hygienic.

This Restaurant serves the most affordable non veg buffet in the city, moreover I liked the hospitality of the staff, Kudos to the Restaurant Manager.

Food and ambience was good. Staff was polite. Overall, great experience. I would totally recommend this place to anybody who's looking for fine wine & dine.

I would strongly suggest everyone to go once with your family and loved ones and enjoy the food. The quality. Taste service everything is superb here. You even don't have to worry about parking as they have really good vallet service. Economical prices, food worth of paying, quick and humble staff

Pretty good food. They even asked to replace a dish when we complained about one dish being too watery. Recommended if your looking for decent North Indian food. A tad on the expensive side however.

Pathetic food, I seriously don't know on what basis was the ratings given by others. Starters are all half cooked and they proclaim saying thier starters are thier signature dishes. Service is good but quality/taste needs to improve a lot.

Descent menu. We booked buff buffet buffet, but after reaching there got to know that they have clubbed. Though my expectation was momos, and the live counter where they make noodles with different sauces, but was not disappointed.momos were not there which used to be live counter in bbb but there all other (total 5) starters were good. Main course, I didn't eat much, desserts had good variations. Overall good experience. One minus was service which was slow might be due to covid impact as no of staff was less

The food taste was good in starters and in main course it's waste for vegetarians only pulav and steam basmati rice which will have in home and deserts was good. I think price is high for veg buffet.

We ordered punjabi murkh tikka masala, butter naan and pineapple raita. It was great.ambience is also good. Great lunch at affordable price. For 2 of us the bill was just 700rs.

Have visited it 2nd time, has multiple options even for vegetarians (I'm the one). But didn't get mushroom starters both the times. I had accompanied non-veg lovers and they like it very much.

Good Place to hang around with friends. Need to have more options on Veg. Veg serving is too slow. Non veg had options but need improvement in serving and quick cleaning. Need to differentiate veg and non-veg based on plates instead of asking everytime who is veg and who is non-veg.

Visited this place today for a team meet up and buffet. I would rate the ambience good, hospitality average, dishes bad and overall experience as very bad. Starting with buffet, the place did not offer much options in starters and sea food (prawn and fish) tasted weird and smelled worst. The place have pretty good options for cocktails/mocktails and sultan safari mocktail was really nice. Not much options in main course either and rice items (though I tried only biriyani) was very dry and not good. The desserts also pretty much like their predecessors didn't have much to offer and had ice creams (which were melting away), choclate cakes (which was a stand out among all) etc. I would recommend people to stay away from buffet of this place and try out other buffet joints of Bangalore. Also this place has only one handwash which also happened to be a toilet for both men and women (So dumb).

Awesome staff. Lovely food. Worth the money! I went to sultans of spices on my birthday with family, though we reach there around 2.45pm the staff served hot food wholeheartedly.

I went to the buffet lunch that was arranged. The staff there is extremely polite and accomidating. Their signature dishes include mutton kheems pav, chicken biriyani, various types of naans available on order. I really enjoyed my lunch here. Good job, staffs

They've combined their ala-carte (sultans of spice) and buffet (buff buffet buff) place into one which sort of makes the place a little bit chaotic. The place was crowded for a Sunday dinner with not much importance being given to social distancing.
Food was average with no special dish on the menu. Quality and presentation of food certainly needs a remodelling.
The staff and ambiance was the only positive thing about this place. Vibrant and lively ambiance.
Priced on the higher side for a buffet with not much to look forward to in terms of variety of quality of food.

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because there's less salt in the food. Other than that, the ambiance is really good.

Decent choice of Veg/ Non Veg starters. Main course items need to be refilled quickly. Else it's becomes a disappointment. Valet parking is a big plus in that area/ lane.

The best North Indian food in Bangalore I would say. Most North Indian restaurants are a bore in Bangalore. But this is really damn good.
