I was admitted here for C section and got to receive the best service. All the doctors and nurses are highly professional and very co operative. They make us feel homely. The maternity home is well maintained and they give utmost importance to hygiene. I recommed this place.

Good hospital and all first floor sisters are very cooperative and all doctors are really very good.

I got natural labour pains and got admitted in this hospital and when I’m in labour room no one was with me when I’m suffering with pains and doctor or nurse use to visit only once in a while to check how I’m and I feel doctor was not supportive and I was not sure how to push the baby and doctor also not suggested properly and did not suggested painless delivery to me, so I could not bare the pain and asked for c section after baring 1 day of pains.
In 4 hours I’m about to deliver the baby and everything looks good with my cervix but still opt for c section due to lack of knowledge that how to push the baby and doctor also not guided anything.
Should not have gone to this hospital.

Worst behaviour and rude attitude of reception staff, they doesn't have commonsense and humanity that, they should not know whether when can be doctor will be available.due to that so many pregnant ladies are waiting & suffering due to their lack of knowledge about doctor timings

I delivered baby my doctor was doctor savitha, I am very disappointed that she dint not give skin to skin touch when my baby was born which is very very important to mother and baby, they fed formula milk to my baby without consulting me though my body was ready to feed my baby, because of which my baby missed the first essential milk.even the next room mother also experienced the same thing, it is very essential to allow baby to encourage suck mother breast or it may lead to nipple confusion and baby may reject the breast.i regret the most that i was not able to get skin to skin contact from my baby, kindly I suggest all the mothers to make sure u inform the doctor to not feed formula milk until the mother permits.breadtfeed the baby and dont allow ur doctors or nurse to promote nipple bottle or nipple shield until its highly necessary.

Worst Hospital ever come across, receptionist not professional. She is not bother about whats your problems are. Rooms are not clean, no proper required equipment, rude response.

Doctors and reception staff are so rude and they act like they do not have any time. I fail to understand why are they even called staff when they are not even ready to listen to patients concerns. Dr Savitha doesn't even listens patiently and does not help you understand the problem or issue. You will have to move out of the room with the same doubts that you came to the hospital. Worst is an understatement for the experience that's been given at this hospital. No assurance on anything not sure if scans are accurate not sure if doctors give full information. Waste of money. They literally loot money and not provide any service.please don't visit this hospital on an emergency as I saw it right in front my eyes that the nurse was scolding the patient who was unable to sit or sleep.she started yelling at the patient. Worst worst worst! I can't describe enough.if there was a 0 rating I would have definitely given that because they don't deserve this 1 rating also

It was a nice experience Dr tharanath is an excellent physician. Very much satisfied with his treatment. Staffs were also very supportive. I would recommend this hospital.

I wonder being a dr.that too a woman she judged my friend when she visited there for checkup. Rather asking question about her problem dr.seemed more intrested in her relation with me as i accompanied my friend till hospital. Dr. Asked awkward n unneccessary questions without knowing the reality. And lastly put blame on her telling she didn't cooperate. After seeing this i can understand how difficult it is for a woman to adress her intimate things as it is still taboo for many well educated ppl. One of the worst experience i should say.

Staffs behaviour are good, hospital is clean, lab staffs are polite and the nurse who took care of me in room no 24 are very polite and professional.

Round the clock was attended by doctor to regular update about my health.

Bad experience.after went to hospital life has changed to do or die like situation.never ever go to this hospital.they don't value human life.

Let me tell you that the doc I visited herewas good but the front reception ladies are crooks. They charged me 1000 Rs for consultation, when I asked them for Bill, they gave me a surprised look or very cleverly they pretend to be buzy. But I stood there like a rock and insisted on Bill. To my surprise, I got a bill of 500 and they returned my other 500. Gosh lot of crook staffs wandering around giving you unnecessary instructions and they carry big attitude and zero mannerisms.

Very bad experience. Lots of negligence. They will ask for different test which neither required. And also I did ultrasound where they said it to be something, then again I did ultrasound at different place where the reports came different.

Lot of partiality with patients from staff, and they don't entertain in order as they wish they send patient to doctor, I suggest to take online appointments for scanning and doctor consultation instead of waiting period of 1 hour. If pregnant women need to do scan and consult doctor its almost 4 hours time invest here, instead of this take a phone bookings for scanning and based on that we can consult doctor so that time will be saved. Apart from staff and management, Doctors are very good and listen to us and give proper treatment only because of good doctors I have selected this hospital for my pregnancy.

Nurses are so impatient, If u expect hygiene this not the place, crockroaxz all over the room, And the room are very small.

A very congested place. Rooms are clean. Reasonably good number of nursing staff, there's a pharmacy in the ground ft where you can get most of the required medicines. Wheel chair access is very bumpy, not suitable if you have very sensitive back after surgery.

Thanks to Dr. Deepthi TL (gyno), she is the best gyno doctor, the way She given treatment is really best.

This is the worst hospital to visit. The Doctors are incapable of performing their duties. They doesn't know for which disease what medication should be given. I went there as I was having severe stomach ache. They gave me 4 injections still at night again the pain arose then again I went there and took injection and asked the Doctor whether I would get relief from the pain. The Doctor replied, "How do I tell that the pain will arise or not? " This is yhe answer I got from the doctor that the Doctor himself DOESN'T KNOW whether he has treated perfectly or not. Then I went to some other Doctor and I was totally okay within a day.

Dr. Sahana, gynac is excellent hand. For pregnancy and post pregnancy care she is the best. U know u are in safe hands if she is your doctor. She is the reason for our happiness today. She is an asset to sumathi hospital

Doctors over here are useless they just don't know anything, they do trail and error took my daughter who have fever for 2 days.idiot doctor without understanding gave some tablet. After going to another doctor she shouted asking who gave such tablets. After taking new tablets fever came down, my kid was struggling for 2 days because of wrong tabkets. They just charge money and bad quality if doctors

Worst possible hospital in Bangalore interms of Behavior, Communication medical stuff attitude they think people come here for free treatment.
I just now came back and sharing my experience they gave me one coupon and asked me to go room no-5, I went and seat after 10 min one sister's came and told me go to the room no -3. I went there and wait after 20min another sister came from inside and she rudely asked me to go room no -3. Then I told her I came from there she just ignored.again I came back in front of room no 3 and wait for 10min then doctor came out side and told me to wait again. Finally I went outside and just told in reception that We didn't come here for free treatment and left without treatment.

Cost is very high. Usually doctors prescribe and tell the patient regarding the betterment, but here the doctor just scared me telling the worse things with all negativity. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Deepti. I strongly don't recommend this place.

We just come so far only for Dr. Prabha, but hisphosp and staff are uncourteous and billing system is the worst.
