Sun Residency Coliving PG

It was a nice experience and I didn't face any issues at all and deposit was also returned instantly without facing any issue.

I stayed here for more than a year when I was new to the city. It was a home away from home. Owner is super cooperative and friendly. PG is very clean and well maintained with all the amenities.
I have so many good memories of Sun Residency.
I highly recommend this PG to anyone looking for well managed accommodation.

Poorly managed. They even do not have bed sheets and clean pillow covers. Owner try to save amount in each and every thing. Even daily clashes on laundry and kitchen as occupancy with 2-3 people residing in same room is high with limited common space. You may think of step gap arrangement for 1-2 months till the time you get some nice accomodation. Only lucrative thing is card driven access of the front door made of glass to give impression of classy and elegant accomodation rest is pathetic

Well maintained PG with all the amenities.well organised operations. Got my security deposit even before moving out. Transparent management. Slightly high priced.

I stayed here for 6 months. The experience was great. Thanks to the owner (Mr. Bhaskar) who took care of almost everthing.
Rooms were hygienic, generator facility was on point, staffs were also very friendly. I really loved the terrace, it was spacious, one could enjoy the view of the city. The overall vibe of the whole place was very positive

I have stayed in this PG recently & with the kind of experience I have received, I cannot think of any other PGs in the next time. Let me point out some good points that can help people understand the benefits of the PG.

1. Hassle free automate check in: This PG has an electronic password protected access system, which is secure, easy & does not require any assistance. I had checked in to room at 1AM in the night on my own as per guided by Mr Bhaskar, the owner of the PG.

2. Daily cleaning: All the rooms/floors/washrooms are daily cleaned & serviced, and due to which you will feel a neat & clean experience always. I did not find a single mosquito there.

3. Tiffin Service: You may order homely food & have it hot in the dining area, no need to move outside for food.

4. Chair Table: There is Chair & table in the rooms, which is very useful & comfortable to work with laptops.

5. Laundry facility: The PG is having 4-5 Washing machines in the roof top, where the residents can wash easily & dry in the roof.

6. Relaxation in the roof: There is nice arrangement in the covered roof top having a giant screen TV & char tables to relax/gossip/party/enjoy.

In addition to that I liked the nice attitude and friendly interaction of the owner. Thanks Mr. Bhaskar!

I stayed here for two months. It was a beautiful experience to be here in this pg. The rooms are well-maintained and hygienic. And one of the most considerate and trustworthy owners (Bhaskar) regarding any issues/suggestions.
Expensive but worth the price.

Excellent hospitality, accomodation experience and locality. A cherry on the top would be a family like relationship with all the apartment mates and Bhaskar himself. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
My solid recommendations for folks to stay at Sun Residency for as long as they wish to.

Had a nice experience during my stay. The rooms are well maintained and hygienic. Common kitchen is provided with all equipments and a dish washing facility for community utensils. The complaints, if any, are listened and tended to at the earliest.

A very comfortable space to live. The place is well equipped and managed. The best coliving space I came across in Bangalore.

It’s been great experience. Owner is very collaborative and helpful. I stayed for short tenure but would prefer to stay again. Hostel is clean and maintained.

A beautiful place/ community to live in. The place has all types of facilities you are looking for with a beautiful terrace.
Bhaskar the owner is one of the most trustworthy man I have met.
Overall it is a great experience.

Owner is very rude and money hungry. You might have a pleasant experience if you have a full pocket, though.

Good place for short term stay. The place is just as advertised - super clean, 24/7 power and internet. The owner is very hospitable and resolves complaints quickly. Only issue is the access road.

My stay at Sun residency had been awesome. I had newly moved to Bangalore and fortunately got in touch with the landlord Bhaskar. Everything starting from timely cleanliness to power backup had been fulfilled as promised. I can’t recall any instance of water deficit. Moreover, my deposit amount was paid back to me on time.

Excellent stay and beautiful apartment with all amenities. Too systematic and well managed.
Amazing place to stay.

With work from office starting, I'd been looking at a great many PGs before coming across this listing and was unhappy with all of them because of maintenance, security deposit issues, safety, etc. Everything abated after a conversation with Bhaskar and on a visit to this property. He's extremely professional and proactive - something that was very uncertain at other places. Here's my experience -

Things I loved:
- The building and rooms are very well maintained. The housekeeping service provided is *excellent*. Even our beds are made every day and getting back home yo such a neat and tidy room after a long day of work is gratifying.
- Any issue is fixed as soon as possible. Bhaskar is very transparent about any issues and keeps us updated on the status.
- The terrace area is amazing
- I've always felt safe ans secure in the environment created
- Even in the kitchen, separate utensils are reserved for vegetarians and non vegetarians - which I think is a great thought
- Any concerns are met with understanding and dealt accordingly
- Although I couldn't attend, mixers are arranged to promote interactions and bonding between the residents of the PG.
- Bhaskar is extremely professional and a very nice and comfortable person
- Most importantly, my security deposit was returned in full the day I moved out.

I've had zero complaints and have enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a PG in the area. No second thoughts.

Pros:
1. Complaint Resolution is quick.
2. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained.
3.the amenities provided are of really good quality.
4. Safe and friendly environment.
5.terrace vibes are just amazing.

Cons:
1.the prices are a bit of the higher side
2. Many uncomfortable and safety incidents regularly happen with the neighbours for many residents.
3.the road is not built near the PG so vehicle owners might face few issues especially considering the Bangalore rains.

Nice location & Very clean and secure property, well maintained common areas (community kitchen & play area). I stayed here for short term as moved to hometown in Covid time and was looking for temp accommodation to continue rental property search for family after returning. Very flexible payment plans for short stays. Owner (Bhaskar) is always approachable and ready to resolve any issues, He helped me finding flat as well. Recommended to many friends and they also have same experience. Keep it up Bhaskar!

I found the place quite clean and well maintained. Owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is well connected. I worked remotely from here and didn't faced any issue during my stay.

The most pleasant stay I have experienced in Bangalore. The owner makes sure any problem is resolved at an earliest. The place is so comfortable and peaceful.

Loved it it was really nice place and good hospitality and having more amenities such as recreation rooms, shuttel play ground, hygenic rooms with all furnished wardrobe and fridge and tv and wifi and good place with nearby hotels and hangout places and mostly nearer to IT hubs
