Disappointed with our Sunday Cloud mattress purchase from SUNDAY MATTRESS.

We bought the mattress two years back. After using it for 14-15 months, severe back & shoulder pain emerged. Customer care response was tedious, with multiple follow-ups yielding no results. The post-sales process, especially the inspection, was harrowing.
Given the options of
1. A replacement with an extra 4000 INR or 2. Keeping the defective one,
It's a lose-lose situation.

The brand's lack of understanding regarding the impact of a faulty mattress is disheartening. Regretting the purchase and frustrated with an illogical post-sales experience.

I have been using the Sunday Latex Plus Mattress for the past three months, and I find it to be neither too firm nor too soft, but rather quite comfortable. Before switching to the Sunday mattress, I had been using some reputed brand mattress, but I must say that the Sunday mattress has provided a wonderful experience, and we are truly satisfied with this product. Although the price of the Sunday mattress may be slightly higher compared to other mattresses, it is worth the investment. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend purchasing this product.

Not so great. The filling on the sides is not proper. The toughness goes down all of a sudden along the sides.

Mattress quality is good. Delivery is good condition and fast. Using it from more than 2 months and expecting the same quality in long run.

It has been more than 5 yrs since we are using Sunday mattress, the experience has been very good and the quality of the mattress are really good.

The best orthopedic mattress that you can buy online for senior citizens. My parents are completely satisfied with Sunday Ortho Mattress for its firmness and comfort after carefully considering several brands in the market.

I recieved the Sunday Ortho Latex 4 Mattress 65 days ago. This mattress is not what I hoped it would be. I am disappointed with the mattress. They are selling lies. Everyday when I wake up in the morning, I feel shoulder pain and back pain. On top of that, they are torturing me by regularly showing me advertisements of Sunday mattress on YouTube, websites, everywhere and they also want me to write reviews. I am constantly getting e-mails. I've tried but I can't get rid of these advertisements.

Pls don't get fooled by positive reviews. I bought the Sunday ortho latex 4 mattress in December 2022. For the first 4-5 months the mattress was comfortable to use. However, from 5-6th month onwards the mattress started becoming uneven and started giving upper back pain for both me and my wife. When I contacted the company for sagging repair, they asked us to visit a doctor to check our back. The customer service is very poor. The tone of their communication will be to run away from the problem rather than being empathetic to the problem and having intention to solve the customer's problem. Not happy with the purchase and service. It was an expensive purchase for us. Not sure what to do with the mattress now: - (
Would not recommend anyone to fall for their misleading advertisements and buy their products.

I bought a Sunday mattress with protector after long search & investigation of many deferent company mattress. Finally decided to go through with Sunday mattress even if it is bit expensive due to quality, assurance and value to the customer. Am using it from past 1month and feeling great comfortable sleep.

Delivery was quick and properly packed. Happy with my orthopaedic mattress, a thin latex would have been delight for the price.

The mattress is supportive and I wake up relaxed. I have used it for a month now and have not found any issues with it. Initially, I thought it was a bit too thick but then after a few days I began to like the way it supports the body in different positions of sleep. No complaints in the last month.

I have bought Sunday Ortho Latex 4 mattress and I should say overall, Its a very good experience with the mattress. Booking, Delivery and customer service was all very seamless. Regrading the mattress, its a bit on medium harder side as one would expect, and it will guarantee a very good night sleep on it. If you are into this price range, you can go for the mattress without any second thought.

1. The mattress is truly of good quality and comfortable. It is not harsh on your body heavier parts and does not cause pain to your spine.
2. The courier was not careful while handling the consignment. There were 3 holes in the outer cover and the mattress was exposed there causing 3 dark patches. At one place, the mattress inner cover is slightly torn even and the fibre is coming out. I am afraid, this damaged part may increase in size subsequently.

I absolutely loved the Latex Plus Sunday mattress that we have been using for the past thirty days. I bought a new king size bed and was looking for a high quality yet reasonable priced mattress. We were used to a Belgian Latex Foam mattress for our previous bed and I wanted something with similar comfort. This mattress is perfect because its soft enough for me to get extremely comfortable sleep yet never causes any back ache. My wife had complained of back ache in our previous mattress but has not had that issue even once in the past thirty day. Their unique model of shipping the mattress without compressing it makes it last a longer time. I would highly recommend this mattress to any one looking for an extremely comfortable yet affordable mattress.

You can't put a price on good sleep. The right amount of support as well as comfort. My lower back feels a lot better. The delivery was quick and smooth. Definitely worth the premium.

2nd pillow ORDER NO. #333383519 bought on 15/10/2020. Looks like these people are now compromising on the quality. The 2nd pillow has now got lumps and is pretty uncomfortable to use it didn't even lasted one year. After paying a premium of 1500Rs for a single pillow you expect it to last. No complains on the 1st pillow, it's still soft and comfy. Added news pics for your reference.

Bought Sunday Delight Pillow Standard Size around 14 months back and the pillow is still fluffy and comfortable. It gives proper support to your neck and back while sleeping. Very happy with the purchase.

The journey of choosing the right mattress led me and my wife to explore multiple brands in the market. Our objective was to ensure we make the right investment for comfort, good sleep and natural ingredients without compromising on cost and quality.

Finally we decided on Sunday mattress and after 100 days of good health and sleep we are fully assured that we made the right choice.

I anticipated using the 100 nights free trial to try and return this mattress to try another, but it's been so great that I haven't needed to return it.

I was quoted Rs. 41,000 - Rs. 80,000 for mattresses that I was looking for at a retail store. Instead, I decided to try a few mattress-in-a-box brands that offer great mattresses with free returns so I can try out a few and then choose the best. However, this Sunday mattress has been great, and matches the Casper mattress that I had in the US. The mattress is soft and comforting, while also being hard enough to support my joints. It's been used by me as well as my aged parents, and all of us have loved the feel of it. Highly recommended; and worse case you can always return it to try another.

I personally liked the mattress during the initial days.
But it wasn't much comfortable. My family sleep cycle was disturbed and it caused back pain.

Since I am 65 and above, I feel I did not choose the suitable mattress.

But I feel youngsters might love it.

The mattresses are really comfortable and my back pain and spine problem relieved after using these mattresses. I recommend these mattresses to everyone and ask then to not go for high brands marketing.

Extremely poor customer service. A bunch of unreliable blokes who give you different versions in different conversations. Very unreliable and unprofessional attitude. Stay away if you want your peace of mind. Their delivery partner “GATI” does a bad job of handling the mattress. My mattress was delivered by a single person dragging the mattress across the road. When flagged Guru in the customer service requested us to take the delivery and promised us a replacement. There have been numerous emails and phone calls that have been made by me and I haven’t received the replacement as yet.

The Product seems to very good and I didn't have any back pain and neck pain which i to use have before. Excellent packing.

I was in search of comfortable, long lasting mattress and when I was introduced to Sunday mattress, my search stopped and after experiencing the mattress It just took me 5 seconds to purchase the mattress. It's the best.

Purchased Sunday Ortho Latex 4 Mattress (King Size) and Sunday Delight Pillow for my King Size Cot. Except for the hassle on the Delivery of the Bed due to a Vehicle Breakdown the Quality of the Bed & Pillows is Very Good.

The Delivery was supposed to happen on Nov 6th but they delivered on Nov 8th.

I would like to suggest this for my Friends & Colleagues when they are in need for a Good Sleep.

A Stress Eliminating Mattress
We have used this mattress for about 50 days now and are completely satisfied.
The combination of foam and latex yields to body pressure points thus eliminating high pressurized and therefore painful points. Hence the mattress leads to a peaceful sleep.

The overall experience is good so far. The one thing which disappointed is the delay in delivery, which I can understand due to corona and things are not in total control but still there's room for improvement for that.

It is been more than 2 months now. I have solved a major complaint of my mother back pain in the spring bed we were using. Would highly recommend this mattress for aged people. It is reasonable when compared to the competitors in latex mattress. Thank you Sunday Mattresses.

The Sunday pillows are excellent. We are using them for quite some time. It even relaxes the neck pain. The pillow condition is as it is even after using for quite some time. I have become so much habituated to this pillow that i can’t sleep using any other pillow.
