Super OYO Townhouse 490 Indiranagar Extn

Excellent place to stay, very affordable, very neat and tidy. Amazingly courteous staff and very kind reception. Mr. Romeo here is very good and he hosted us very well. Appreciate him much!

If in case you are looking in Oyo! They will charge you 300 for Ac remote.
They will not say this while you pay. Only after entering the room you’ll understand

They listed the property on Oyo with a/c
But refused to give ac remote saying we can't offer ac rooms for the amount listed in Oyo.

Very bad experience

When booking it is mentioned AC with breakfast as comlentory but AC is not allowed and also no breakfast. There are no lights on in common place, and they will give key and we need to go seach for room. Images it shown very neat clean entrance but it is completely dust area may be due to road work or not sure

Location is not near the main road, it's inside, near to some residential area,
And receptionist was not polite.

I booked a room for my friends birthday, as she was traveling so, i informed the hotel person that will be check in late they said ok but when we when there they said its already check out, when they have not even stayed yet. Tried connecting the customer care no respond as it was late. And the hotel person told that i will be getting my refund so, they have to book another room as it was very late. And the refund which i did not even get back. Vary bad customer service from the hotel as well as OYO team

Rooms are too small not worth it at all even the pillow are like super hard
No breakfast provided.

Place is good, rooms are good, nice fragrance, but hope less staffs especially the front house executive. No decency of speaking. No proper service. My request to owner pls bring some good staffs or you will make bad impression on guest. Because this is the only hotel accommodation in this big area.

Rooms are clean but the staff is not good and they are not behaving with guests in good manner and there is no restaurant in the hotel totally dissatisfied

Worst stay they charge for each and everything. My 2 years old son broke a glass and they charged 250 for that
