Super Sleek OYO Townhouse 442 Galexia Hotel and Resorts

Except for the location (nearer to airport) all else was sub standard. No cooks, very bad experience.

Great rooms, didn't really use any service as it was a short stay and the Location is quiet and calm but it's kind of away from restaurants and supermarkets etc. Would definitely recommend.

The Owner of this establishment will threaten to upload CCTV footage if you rate one star. Go ahead Owner. I dare you to upload mine.

No cleanliness, ac wasn't working properly, no amenities, Dustbins were kept dirty only, totally Messy room, staff tried to rate 5* by himself and charged more for broken water bottle. It looks nice in pictures only.

Great location, easily accessible, usually well kept rooms but sometimes there are some minor issues with cleanliness. Issues are attended to immediately.

The room is good and worth for the money.however the exhaust fan in the toilet was not working.

Far from the centre of Bengaluru, transport is expensive, property does not have kitchen, that they publish in the website. Tend to coax the guest for additional money, in different manner. Food is good, expensive though. Staff behaviour is good.

It was a amazing place to stay. Staff behavior was very good and they provide very tasty food as well.
Almost every amenities what we genuinely want.
Breakfast was also delicious

1. They do not accept credit card stating network is not working.

2. Very un courteous staff. Especially the folks sitting in the reception. They need to taught manners

3. The linen was very dirty. Stains in the bed sheet and the pillow cover was stinking

4. We landed around 11 PM and when we requested for milk they forgot to get it despite calling the room service a couple of times.

5. The used plates and cups kept outside the room is not removed even after 10-12 hours and it stinks.

6. The staff only speaks in Hindi for a non Hindi speaking person it will be difficult.

7. The morning tea or coffee is served only at 8 AM which is very late for early riser or folks who want to leave early.

10. Fungus in the bathroom ceiling.

11. I did not see any sense of hospitality or concern to guest staying in the Hotel.

Overall will not recommend to any one staying in this hotel. Very disappointing for the money spent.

Rooms are very nice and clean, but complimentary breakfast not good because only one item food will providing

The worst facility to stay. The false ceiling and water closets are stained. The curtains do not cover the entire glass window. We check in on 5th Aug and checked out on 6th morning. There was no hot water and they were unable to fix it until we checked out. We had to check out without taking bath. Complaining to OYO didn't help either. OYO gave this facility as a upgrade! Actually it is a degrade. OYO just manipulates you. Worst Service!

Property is neat and cleanly maintained - it’s a new property anyway. You are not allowed to carry or order food from outside, that’s fine! - But the in-house food sucks and breakfast is horrible. Service pathetic!

Stay is decent but a big ‘NO’ for the food. Be prepared guys if you are choosing to book this place.

Nice place to stay for executives who travel on business trip. Though the breakfast is served, needs improvement in food quality, quantity and service

It's not at all worth staying in that place, the maintenance isn't good and the rooms are tiny as ever. Didn't like it even a bit there

My stay here was amazing. The staff are very friendly and disciplined. The room we started was very adequate. Good is over priced and shiz. Room service available. Ample parking space.
