Worst Service-
Literally 1 hour wait, first of all have token system like standard clinic.
Very generic & money oriented
Staffs are just there for time pass.avoid unless emergency

If you care for your own health or the health of your loved one, please don't visit this hospital. They are just money grabbers who will try to suggest false medications and even if it is a small issue, they will try to admit you in their hospital. We have faced it and were charged in excess of 20k for a simple gastric issue which they said might be a serious medical condition. They also added fake consultation of Dr. Rajesh and some other doctors in the bill. When we wanted to leave the hospital, they said to wait for 3 hours and only then the amount would be removed. Please DO NOT VISIT this hospital ever.

The worst hospital in jp nagar 7th phase they r oly money minded they r big fraud s the treatment is very bad and for 10 hours they will charge 15k this is worst hospital if u want to loose money u need to go there

Amazing experience with this, my mom had a knee replacement surgery with this hospital. Dr. Mohan is an amazing personality with kind heart. Dr. Shivakumar sir is also wonderful person takes in person care. Very good staff and co ordination. Highly recommend.

Lost a family member due to poor treatment from Dr. Kumar. General apathy and unwanted tests suggested instead of addressing main problems. Important tests not performed inspite of our insistence to perform all tests on need basis.
Patient made to climb stairs in emergency case. One pulse oximeter used for entire ward. Ill trained nurses, no food service for patient, thugs & utterly unprofessional non medical staff.

Money minded people.for ISU bed, they're charging 35k per day. I admitted my grandmother but the treatment was poor and they charged 68k for 10 hours.

I surely recommend it. Been visiting here since last 1 year, Dr Kumar (General physician) has helped me n my family many times. My parents diabetic care and also diagnosed and treated us well whenever we went there.

Great service by doctors and nurses at ICU. Dr Vijay and Dr Kumar care for patients very much. Doctors and nurse staff treated my dad very well. Always recommend.

One of the worst hospital, management, doctors, staff are rude and they overcharge like any other hospitals. Best is to avoid. MD is thief.

Dr.suresh is really nice person and he no to Handel patients nicly I have vited twice and response is really good I can strongly recommend Dr Suresh general physician.

Doctors are good, but the front desk is the worst you can find. There is no concept of patient management or appointments. They just ask you to sit and wait. People in any emergency or if you are in need of immediate care, avoid this place. Again the reason is unprofessional front desk staff, not doctors

Worst experience ever
Just money minded people doing business with patients. Went there for consulting the doctor didn't even check he simply priscribe some injections and heavy dose medicines.other staffs also do not care about the patients after consulting the doctor waited for an hour to get injection that too was an inexperienced nurse and they charged about 1000.

We went to consult one doctor but were forced to consult other 3 doctors and diagnosed with diseases which other doctors say we do not have. They are just sitting there to fleece patients.

Best hospital in the locality. Hygienic place. Services r very good at reasonable charges. Well experienced doctors and very polite nurses.

Doctors are good, But lady receptionist behavior is very bad and rude.she won't give proper information and answers to your quires.

Opd services are very quick least waiting period for opd patients, and Dr suresh is very experienced and very polite person.

Good Hospital in the jp Nagar 7th phase. Dr Suresh is the most experienced doctor, has 30 years experience kind hearted person cares for everyone. Got treated here for viral fever. Reasonable charges. Experienced staff nurses in ICU.

Worst experience in hospital with my 8 months old kid, I took appointment at 1 clock and wait there till 1.45 but doctor was not available

It's a good place for small issues like cold and cough.
Waiting time is too high. For checking BP we had to waste about 30 mins.
The person sitting in the reception behavior is rude and acts like he is a MD.

Reasonably a good hospital. However there is lot of scope for imptovement in customer care. They say home visits by doctors/nurses are available. But when you request for one, the say they are unable to provide due to to inadequate staff. That's really pathetic.

Very bad hospital and service. Morning I called to reception and went there was doctor who told for investigation. When investigation result came the lab assistant given the reports to me and the staff was looking for doctor. There was no doctor at all finally one male nurse seen my reports and written the medicine. I feel cheated after all the services and staff is very unprofessional.

Most Horrible service, no service ethics, no accountability, no courtesy.mostly attended by untrained Nurses who lack the compassion required. Very insensitive on the morality, when a female is being treated, attenders, staff & even other patients keep walking through the screen partition. When this point was brought to the notice of the Sr.doctor Mr. Suresh, he assured he will take proper action, but when we went for the dressing next time, we saw a don`t care attitude and the same nurse did a very shoddy job.

I do not recommend this hospital.

Just for Knee joint x ray they took one and half hour, after patient came & lied on bed they called for technician.

Senior and very experienced doctor staff. A place which is trying its best to do honest medicine practice in a world where medicine has become a business and nothing more. Dr. Shantharaj is a senior pediatrician and he recently started with Supra hospital. If you live in this neighborhood and looking for a pediatrician I highly recommend you to consult him.
