The worst air bus I've been on, they transfer us on to a small van after a while, which is a non AC one (whereas the one I've booked was an AC). NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND. WORST EVER. 2hr late to reach the destination as well.

I have got a bad experience even at the starting point of my journey.when i found the bus in koyambedu i tried to enter into the bus.then the bus conductor made an irrational sound and without any manners he told me to wait outside in front of other people.i felt very humiliated.very bad service even before the start of my journey.and i wonder what will be there at the end.

This is my worst experience by travelling with kallada, the behaviour of driver and conductor is totally very bad i have booked one sleeper ticket for that i asked to keep my luggage in dikki, they are saying no nd i asked so many times made me to wait. Nd the bus pickup time is 7: 40 pm but ut reached at 8: 40pm that also no tracking link

The bus departure was delayed for more than an hour. No bus tracking as mentioned. The boarding contact details were worse. The person responded at shanti nagar was literally bad.

Please never don’t choose this bus operator. Not able to keep the timings and very bad behaviour of employees. So pathetic!
