DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. I really wish there was 0 star option to give for this hospital. After reading reviews I decided to get lasik surgery done from this hospital. But the way they behaved changed my whole experience. First I had to get a scan done to check if I’m eligible for it. The doctor was not even ready to explain before that. Bloody money minded lady. Then later on it was done and she started explaining. Every sentence she adds “your vision might go if you don’t take care and don’t blame doctors”. She doesn’t even care about the patient’s health or pain. She didn’t even want to explain about it well. All she cares about it this stupid hospital and money. She was being negative the entire time that I decided I better not get surgery done here at all. If any side effects happen, they won’t even bother to treat me. So please don’t go by the reviews. And don’t visit.

Very Good Hospital to get Lasik (Epi-Lasik/PRK) done Dr. Pallavi and Dr. Prabhu did my checkup and operation, Priyanka madam also provided great support. It was a short and quick procedure.

It's a good 15-day ordeal after operation. Please note that everyone recovers differently, i had a clear vision after 10 days, while others who got the procedure done on the same day had clear vision in before me, so dont worry and be patient. Great support from the hospital.

Please note that wait time for regular checkups might be around 2-3hr on average. It's a popular hospital, so it's pretty much all time full

Tip for anyone planning for operation (most of them will be explained by the hospital)
- Get at least 10 days' leave from the office
- Buy dark curtains as eyes might be sensitive during initial healing
- I found it difficult not to wash my head for 15 days, so find some alternative

Long waiting hours for registration with lengthy process.
Reasons:
1. Registration details are hand written, not using printer, so consume more time.

2. Irregular arrangement chairs of receptionist and are not in order to fastening process of registration.

Request owner to minimise mannual work at entry level and follow a standard methods by taking an example of Jayadev hospital, Appolo hospital etc.

Time is precious for all for doctors also for patients.
Suggest to go this hospital only if you have spare time.

Will not prefer for people who value for time.
Need to wait long long hours for simple consultation also. There is no proper rush management. They will try to attend more number than they can which results in long waiting.

One of the worst service management. Patients are not informed at the time of payment or registration that there will be inordinate delay in check up and treatments due to absentism of doctors and support staff. They just want to take money and makeus wait for long hours. If they tell in advance customers would postpone their visit for the day or go to other competitor eye clinics which are much better in service

I recently underwent an eye treatment at Sushrutha Eye Hospital. The doctors were very professional. Since my case was very complicated they had multiple meetings before they advised me for a treatment. They amount of patience, sincerity and dedication they showed, especially when dealing with multiple cases in a day, was phenomenal. They also explained each and every step of the procedure to me before hand in a way that could be easily understood. I'm glad to have been treated at this place and I would recommend it to all.

There is no proper patient management system in place, rude reception staff, no value for the time of patients as waiting time is too long, appointments given are namesake n ridiculous

Very bad experience. And no one is their security guard to help from the entrance all old age are holding the wall and walking. And the response in the reception and bad make the patients to intimate with very good care.

I had a very poor experience, I travelled from mandya to mysore to meet the doctor and know whats the problem with my mums eyes they were not letting me in,

and they have double standards like for some people they are allowing and for some they wont.after this they have someone respiond to the review that they will correct the mistake, but i have seen so many of the issues mentioned heree getting repeated.
