SUVARNA ELITE (Premium Apartment Hotel)

Rooms were good. Support was fine. While booking it was mentioned Air conditioned whereas at the time of check in they told AC at extra charges and finally compromised for nil charge. Overall decent apartment for two families.

Very spacious 2bhk accommodation suitable for 7 to 8 family for comfortable stay with good free parking space and good access.

Rooms were very comfortable and specialy Suresh the manager was so good with nature and I recommend to stay there and meet with Suresh.

Amazing experience.

This our second visit. The place got a magical vibe with the Manager Suresh on board. Safe parking, clean and spacious rooms and convenient location are the highlights.

We had booked a 3 bhk apartment, at night and the apartments were good!
The rooms are spacious and the city view looks good!
The cleanliness of these apartments can be better.
Apart from all that the appartment was good
And special thanks for Mr Suresh for ensuring our stay to be comfortable

The good part:
1. Nice location on main road with a grocery Mart on the ground floor
2. Staff and manager are sensible to talk to
3. A particular staff " Suresh" is exceptional in his services! Someday if i open my own hotel/ service apartment, I'll love to have a guy like him!

The bad part:
1. Other than Suresh, other folks are nice to talk to as well, but not really much helpful in practical sense.
2. I was forced to park my car outside on main road footpath even though i had paid for and was promised a parking in the basement.
3. Sleep mattress was too soft and didn't help in his sleep at night
4. The booking process wasn't smooth. For a day i did not receive any response from the property manager even after paying booking amount which led me to think that I've been scammed. The owner of the property was genuine and nice, her word got the caretakers going.

All in all, an average experience, felt the cost was slightly on higher side but not so bad that i would not recommend you guys to try it out!

Very good apartment for family. We had booked a 3 bed room apartment and stayed there for 2 days. It also has a spacious living room where kids and family can spend time together. Basement parking is an added advantage. The reliance supermarket in the ground floor was very handy. Overall a very good stay and we will definitely recommend for others.

A reliance smart point is available near to the entry of apartment and Domino's is also there nearby.
Close to Mysore town, so easy for travel.
It's a residential area, so the streets are very clean and quiet.
Staffs are good.especially manager Suresh sir who was very friendly and supportive and arranged for us a proper stay.

Great service from the whole Suvarna elite team. Manager Suresh was so helpful in everything and very approachable on any services and get all queries and things fixed in fraction of time. Balcony view is great too. There is a reliance smart shop just below the apartment. Distance to mysore palace and zoo is so close and there was almost no traffic. It was a great experience overall. Go for it!

Room were clean and hygiene. Manager Mr. Suresh was friendly and helpful for anything we required during our stay.

I like the location of the property and the staff was very good, they answered all our concerns very quickly.

We booked a 3BHK apartment. It was so new. All bed rooms have AC facilities and attached bathroom. Hot water facility is also available 24/7. We had a warm welcome. Two bedrooms have balcony facilities also. All utensils were available except cooker and two other which they provided when we asked. Placed in a good location and quiet location, we also have a smart reliance fresh store, from which all groceries and all essentials can be bought. Such a handy facility.

This is a brand new service apartment. After booking a bunglow on BNB website they cancelled it and allotted this 3 bhk service apartment. The location & ambience is good. Manager & room boys are attentive. Hot water, AC, fridge, utensils are provided. Wifi is available. Parking is insufficient when it's fully occupied. TV could not be started. Frequent power problem is experienced in the area. Location is nice. Over rating is good.

Better avoid this place, kitchen is stinking, nothing works.no oven, no induction, no iron, refrigerator is stinking and will make you feel sick.
Beaware of even people trying to steal stuff from your room on the pretext of cleaning the room.
Very bad place. Highly not recommended and avoid.

Spacious appartment, other amenities like cooking stove and gas are changeable based on the days we stay. Near to city and parking facilty is available. Multilingual staff and friendly.

This place is new building, we stayed 2 BHK for 2 days, the experience was awesome, there was parking place, the apartment is located near outskirts of Mysore. All places are 5 mins drive. We felt like home. Will stay here if go again

Newly built service apartment in very calm and good location. Spacious rooms with Balcony, kitchen and hot water facility makes this place great.

Very good service apartments in mysore. It’s newly constructed with all amenities. I would recommend it more than a hotel. Chamundi hill is visible from the terrace of the building.

Issues after checked-in like.
No hot water and flush not working.
Although hot water issue was fixed by offering a new room, it should have been taken care beforehand.
