Suvarna Residency

Standard AC room is good sufficiently spacious and well appointed. But the main door lock is very hard to open. Toilet cum bath is quite spacious but floor very slippery. Wi fi does not work. Service is practically non existent as there is no phone or intercom in room. No F&B in hotel you need to order door delivery from app.
Basement parking is very cramped and can take only 4 cars. Location is also not Central and far from city centre. Average place.

Very bad no service nothing. Ac is nt working tv is not working. Mirrors are not clean. Reception service very poor

The room shown in the images are misleading and fake.
Poor customer care don't even clean the room.
And Charged 5k for 1 day for non AC.

I wud have given zero star if available. Utterly uncooperative, arrogant, rude and lazy front desk staff. With unclean rooms

Fraudulent they charge less in make my trip website but you can only book for one day and after that they will charge double the amount but that also they won't inform before check out time. And the behaviour of the reception staff is not professional. There will be three or four guys sitting in reception and they will look at you like you are there to serve them. Really bad experience.

Dear All,
Don't book any single room in this property. They are number 1 cheating group. This entire group will grab your money without any rules and ethics. You can't escalate to anyone since Manager Suresh and Owner Pradeep will not answer customers'calls. Only the reservation team will answer your call until you do Gpay or Paytm to their owner pradeep.
At the property they don't speak English, you can't ask anything and you can't claim anything.

Please don't stay there, they will spoil your family's happy time

Online payment service is not available for all time and reception service it's not to good

Very poor service from Suvarna hotels. For 2000₹ gives very small room. Dear travelers please ignore to stay Suvarna hotels

I had a very bad experience on 28-12-22. I had booked a delux room from there website. Which costs 1600. Morning when checked in they provided a room when I entered the wash room it was so dirty I can't explain. Later I informed the front office were i got another room which is normal room were they charge 800 rupees. They r not even bordered about guest wat they are feeling and wat they want. Actually they r supposed to refund my amount due to normal room which I got. Irresponsible staff and management.

If there is an option to give less than one star, i would have select that, the worst ever hotel, they don't even know how to communicate with guest, if you have any plan to book this hotel i will suggest you to cancel the booking, they are cheaters, they loot all your money, when we booked there service apartment there was no water, we travelled all the way and we wanted to take a rest that's it, but there were no water in the room to take bath or use restrooms, and if you complain this, there won't be any one to talk, they don't deal directly, they communicate through house keeping staffs only, they are cheaters, don't book a room there

3. ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಾಗಿ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಇಡೀ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ A C off ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
4. With breakfast ಎಂದು agoda app ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದು ಅದಕ್ಕೆಂದು 500 ರೂ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಇದು ನಮಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
5. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅಪ್ಪಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಯೂ ಯಾರೂ ಸುವರ್ಣ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿ ಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಡಿ.

Location is perfect, cleanliness of the room is not ok, bedsheet are not cleaned.previous guest hair we found on the pillow cover, over all not so good.not worth for money.

I did call this residency and executive did not respond properly he disconnected the call with out sharing the requested details.
Next day I visited the office and checked availability and asked him why you refused to give information in call? He said he was busy and he can’t give information in call, we need send text messages it seems.
Very bad experience.

Parking is a issue you can park 3 cars in front and it's busy road. Room was slightly stinking. Window glasses are not clean. Overall for one night stay it's ok

High level frauds. Big time cheaters. Don't ever book here. The guy who has reviewed here are their owners or managers. Highly unethical people and they fight with the customers and won't even listen to what we say. We stayed in their other property Kavitha Guest House and they made us pay extra even though their manager committed with a proper check out time. His employee barged in front of our car and didn't let us leave until we give the money they wanted to loot from us. Though we stayed in Kavitha Guest House, I'm writing the review here because I don't want any other fellow travellers to face issues like this. I saw one other review like this for the same property. So please fellow travellers. BEWARE.

We booked the property through booking.com and after they fought with us they made it no show for us so that we couldn't write a review about them there. High time fraudsters.

Only good thing about them is one lady will call daily and check if our stay was okay and got a proper feedback from us.

Rooms are average and not enough natural lights. Very near to city bus stop.
During my stay their restaurant was closed so please check before going there.

Shivkumar at the reception is very helpful. I had issues with my room (because a window wasn't opening), and without any questions he changed my room. I also asked him for recommendations around the hotel and he was very helpful.

Good place to stay, but the room is very conjusted. We have booked through AirBnb and we got it for cheap rate but they didn't provide AC. And they were saying we have booked for non-ac rooms, but we didn't got any option for AC or Non-AC while booking. Very good service.

I had booked a room in this hotel. Went there to check in. After seeing the rooms which was not clean and also very expensive i came back to harsha mahal road and took a room in mayura palace whichis quite good.

I booked online which showed me a discounted price for standard double room, but the receptionist denied and gave me a budget room - a very small room. So beware while booking online. The bed is smaller than queen size.
Stay away from this hotel because of below:
1. Poor service
2. Rooms are not kept clean.
3. Tv dont work. They dont recharge the dish connection.
4. A worst spring bed I ever seen. They seem very old and definitely hard to sleep well.

The manager at the reception counter was very arrogant and was behaving like a goon. The room wasn't clean.

Super cool. Everything is beyond expectation. Especially I need to mention about Mr Sabeer. He guided me from begging to end. My next Mysore trip you are my first choice. Keep up the good spirit.

Attended a reception.dining & reception halls are good. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Easy to locate.

This place is okay only if you want to you spend the night because the rooms are decent n a bit congested.
Also, the TV here does work but the channels doesn't!
Staff provides you with towel and soap when you check in and after that they just disappear!
Housekeeping people are very lenient and have poor service.

Even a single star is too much with the terrible experience I had. How can people cancel the booking without any prior information. Very bad experience with their behavior. I can't comment on the premises and mainatinence as I haven't been there. But they don't even deserve this 1 star

Worst stay!
I stayed here for 7 days, said free WiFi and it doesn't work for 3-4 days. Saying scrap reasons.
Plumbing work is pathetic, water leaks every time.
They said free breakfast but they give u token worth 40-50rs to eat in hotel which is beside and they charge 150 per person. I would rather prefer to directly by visiting hotel.

Trust me, there are lot many options to choose for hotel nearby with better budget than this hotel.

First they said the rooms that we book online on trivago etc are no good and they are different from what they give us when we book personally. Then they said a double room for 2600/night. Then Offered for 1600/night. They said 24hrs hot water but in the morning we have to take cold water bath. Don't know what they are running.

Incredibly convenient location with instant access to shopping, restaurants & all modes of transport.
If only room is provided with facility to prepare a cup of tea, this would be a paradise.

I dont have an option to give zero rating so giving 1. We booked the service apartment for brigade, however received call from suvarna residency stating that brigade is alloted to some police ppl due to emergency & that they will provide an alternate better place. Took me to a remote village where they showed a 2bhk apartment with ongoing painting work. I denied the place & then they offered me another place which is 20 mins drive from the 2nd location, where it was a small room with cigarette smell dominant inside both the rooms. The didnt had the courtesy to understand that I was traveling along with 2 senior citizen & my 2 years twin babies. In this location search we didnt get time to eat lunch. When followed up with receptionist she said there isn't any available rooms. It was so easy for them to say rooms not available when we as consumers book the place in advance thinking that we shall have a good vacation. Writing this review while taking a quick nap in a park near mysore. Now stay option cancelled as iam not getting any other place to stay. Driving back to bangalore. Request all to avoid booking your stay through suvarna residency or even through brigade apartments.

Nice residency in Mysore, value for money. Great experience must visit if he planning to stay at Mysore. Accessible to public transport. A vegetarian restaurant is next to this building. Good service.

I don't like to single star to this hotel. Most worst hotel. We booked banquet hall for my baby s naming ceremony, I paid 5000 rs as advance. Later when I went to give final settlement I saw I hall, Thier they have started renovating the hall without any information. And toilet is worst part I have ever seen in my life time. Next min I taught of cancellation. As I asked booking amt they ignored to give us. They said to do function in tat worst hall only. The owner Deepak is worst third rated person. Who cheated on us. Horrible experience.rooms were not at all clean.full of dust.bed spread and bed sheets were soo dirty.not recommended.also felt bed bugs.

Not a good choice to stay. I had too many issues during my stay.
1. I was told on the call by receptionist that there is ample parking space (15 car parking), but there were around 5 which were already occupied and i have to park the car on the side of road.
2. We had asked for extra bed and the bedsheets provided were wet and we were told they dont have dry bedsheets as it was raining from past few days. Also they had shortage of pillows for the extra bed. I have to procure bedsheets and pillows from my relative house!
3. They proudly say 24X7 hot water, but morning you open the tap there is no water in the hot line. And you call the caretaker to hear that motor is switched on and water will be there soon. We waited for more than 15 mins and hot water was not available, we had no choice but to take bath in cold water.
4. Suvarna Residency is not maintained well, we could see greasy taps, broken window panes in bathroom, not so clean windows, fungus on the wall.
5. The staff were also rude, and were getting irritated when asked for hot water.

The room is clean but it's very small and also washroom too. Washroom is not so good. It's a very uncomfortable. Hot water facility is available. Price is also high too.

The toilets was so dirty.no floor mat for bathroom door. Do after bath entire room. Will get wer.no towels. Name sake tv. It was ok for the online price. For offline price. U can just check And see

Very spaciest and reasonable price to stay for days.housekeeping is good. We had a complimentary breakfast its was tasty. Hope will stay in this hotel if i visit mysuru.

The hotel is new and well maintained. The elevator was not working when we visited, however we can’t blame the hotel for this problem. Overall it was a good hotel.

Very bad maintenance, rooms are small, bathrooms are not good, hot water issue after 07, very noisey, majority of the times no one is available to take complaints, even some one available no proper response on complaints, to add to this there was a power issue during night. Both AC and non AC rooms have similar problems. Overall the nightmare if you choose this place for family. Please don't go for it.

Room cleanliness is worst. Worst bath room. Once you enter the bathroom, AC condensed water drips on you.pathetic dusty bathroom, Grumpy receptionist and attender, they behave as its their own.

The rooms are fairly good. Not spacious though. Maintained well. Toilets are western. There's parking space for 4 wheelers n 2 wheelers. 4 wheelers has less space, May be some 6 cars can be parked.

Friendly service good service. Liked b there. Was there 3 days. Felt like relatives house. Good atmosphere and very clean everything 4 stars easily can give in out of 5.

Unprofessional staff, small rooms. No family 4 bedroom as shown in website. Advance booking customer is trapped in wholesome dissatisfaction.

The rooms were clean and maintained neatly. Of the four days of our stay, the linen and beddings were changed every day. Hot water facility for bathing available. The staff over the reception and room service were cordial and courteous. Over all had a good experience of stay at Suvarna Residency.

Worst customer service.never book their guest house at Sriramapura. We paid full money upfront and they did not even have water in bathrooms for using the toilet.they did not have towels, had cockroaches in their rooms. My old guests were waiting for more than 6 hours without water.they did not refund the money: (

Worst experience! (I mean this literally) They are looting people for the service wat they are not providing. We had booked their guest house and paid full amount and when we went to there, we found there was absolutely no water for using the restrooms which is basic amenity. After many hours they gave us room in other hotel rooms which costed much lesser than the guest house.where again the elevator dint work.and our old aged guests had to climb the stairs for 3 floors with all the health issues.at the end they never refunded the extra money which we had paid.please do not book this residency and put yourself into a fix.worst service I have ever seen.
