Just called reception in an emergency required to speak with ent specialist but receptionist simply denied my request. Why are such people hired in a medical facility? Who are unwilling to help or suggest alternative. Please fire the receptionist

My husband admitted this hospital Dr Rajesh sir operated now my husband is fine the treatment and hospitality given by hospital is too good thanks to suyog hospital.

I would share my experience last 5 days. The service of nures are good and clen but the canteen service are bad, and bad haginic and the toilet of general ward is not clean when we tell the staff will tell we will clen but not they should take the responsibility other wais i have seen more then cackroaches on my baby bed and i have satyed 5 days along and my bed cover chinged only one time they should take a decision on this. We requested to managment team please explain esic policy.we have admition on my baby its case of vairal fever and his explation deposit 3k incliding esic.but esic department infromed you have not pay any additional amount.you just pay on non medicle charges.but non medicle charges of more expenceve on this hospetal.at the dishcahr time he will not givn any bill of paied non medicle charges.it is a very bad experience.

This hospital says they will accept ayushman bharath card after two days they charged 57,700 rupees for normal respiratory treatment.
Please consider your budget before joining this hospital. But treatment is good here.

I visited Dr. Karthika (Orthopedic surgeon) for my grandfather's leg surgery wherein rod was implanted for internal fixation. I would like to thank doctor for his co-operation and the way he treated my grandfather. He explained the issue very well and gave us the confidence. Post surgery visits and follow ups were really comfortable and easy. My grandfather is doing well now and we are satisfied with his treatment. I recommend this hospital and the doctor to everyone.

I'm writing about my experience in Suyog hospital, staff and mostly about Dr. Karthik Hathwar sir (orthopedic surgeon).

There are many aspects in which i can pick up the best experience i had with Karthik sir while treating my grand mother and other family members in a span of 3 years.

Being specific: If one can understand the specific root cause of an problem while u r explaining it. One can make out the expertise and hold on the subject he has.

Patience:
Patience is one of the trait every doctor must have nowadays mostly don't have

But Karthik sir's patience is giving attention to each details. Gives us a confidence and hope. His words does the first aid and then the procedures or medicines follows next.

Communication: It is always 2 ways communication with Karthik sir.
Many times u r given options and time to think of the future actions (in specific cases where there is scope for such) and suggests u the best but never forces.

In short on my worst time (had to go 3 times for 3 different issues of family' members). Karthik sir came out as the best hope and strength.

My wrist was fractured and dr karthik treated so well with a proper treatment which was needed for my fractured hand to recover so Iam thankful for you sir.

I'm happy with hospital ambience and the staff.and my special thanks to Dr. Darshan (orthopaedic) got ACL tear operation.two months back and getting recovered rapidly fast.

Staffs were polite but over all experience was bad.
Went for a master health check up.had to go there thrice as doctors were not available. Eye check up was worst.asked to see letters if u can see u are fine.no care if you have gone from company sponsored health check up.

Money stealing machine. Scaring d patient's referring here n there. There is no doctors available on time. U have to wait till ur patience
They r unprofessional. Don't even look at d patient for 1min. U have to pay 300 for 1 min. If ur in come back early,

Very pathetic handling at insurance desk.
Even if you have cashless benifits, you are asked to pay cash right before you discharge because hospital was incapable of providing required documents to insurance company.
Insurance desk at hospital is playing blame games saying she was on leave.
A 2 day visit, causing 6 hours of wait time for insurance queries, yet unresolved.
Could not be more worse than this.

I went today for check up for a sprain and they sent some new junior doctor Karthick Hathawar who came extremely late for the appointment and kept everyone waiting.

Then he walked out in the appointment when I just described my hand injury and said it had been paining for a month.

We said nothing offensive, the doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude for no reason.
Avoid this hospital at all costs, they keep sub standard doctors. The regular staff is courteous but the doctors need to be changed.

Good hospital with facilities, well behaving doctors/staffs.
Reasonable cost for maternity and good for middle class peoples like us.
I have to mention one more thing that is too reasonable canteen prices and no hospital will provide this facility.

Need lots of improvement and trust from staff.
Finance and insurance people are the worst.
Doctors are not up to the mark, blame other doctors for slipping away from mistakes.

An extremely bad experience as a patient. Dr. Karthick Hathawar behaved in a very unprofessional way during an orthopedic consultancy. He walked out of the session mid way in an arrogant and aggressive manner. Doctors here should be given proper training on deadling with patients who are already in pain and have come for treatment. Furthermore doctors do not come on time. Coming in late and behaving like this is not professional at all.
