Changing the one star review to this since they showed the courtesy to address the issue and follow up on the complaint. Would be helpful if you can keep it more cleaner.

Horrible service. Rude receptionist and scan person. They call and pester us to come on different time and cancel scheduled appointment. Do not receive calls. Reports are provided very late. No accuracy in lab testing or scans. They are in hurry to finish work and send you. Money minded rude center. Never visit.

Had great service, here, staffs were very friendly and supportive. Took my test in very less time. I'm happy with their service. Thanks to staff who there in scanning place she is very helpful.

Worst diagnostic center, never visit this, Unprofessional Staff with too much of attitude and they don't care for anything and Doctors divided patients and they don't treat you if you are not his/her patient even during emergency. Don't believe their response, we went with proper appointment and confirmation, this was 2nd visit and I experience the same behavior, other time it was too humid and they denied switching on fan and when small kid was playing, they asked to make kid shut and maintain silence, I would have given zero star if I had option to do so.

Very bad experience all the time. They ask us to take time and than when you reach before time they say others are waiting before you so you will have to wait. Why do you ask us take appointment if you can’t follow same. Also if doctor is late you should call and inform atleast those who have taken appointment.
Overall pathetic.

There is no time sence. They take amount and make us wait for 2 to 3 hours. It effect to pregnent ladies as they are carrying the baby. Very worst doctors timesence.

Very good centre Dr and staff very receptive and I had my ultrasound scan nice place to do and it's economical also.

We don't know about other services but we got 2D echo done here. After the report came, we showed it to the cardiologist and he said the test and the report is very poorly done. He could not use it for the diagnosis. It cost us 2000/- rupees for nothing.

The behaviour of the staff is commendable and Doctors politeness and time taken for patients concerns are really appreciated. Highly recommended.

I would never recommend this place to a middleclass family Because they will dig the money out of u. The consultation charge, xray & the blodd tests price is way more expensive than other well known laboratories &multi speciality hospital

First time I went for ECG very well maintained and very polite and helpful staff so later I took my wife for ultrasound NT scan doctor also very polite and explained about babys health and overall experience was very excellent anyone can visit here without any hesitation

I visited this diagnostic center based on the reviews for an ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis. The scan was completed in less than 3minutes and what surprised and shocked me is that although i do not have a gallbladder, which was removed through cholesystectomy, the report mentioned that gallbladder is normal in shape and size and no calculi is present. I checked with the staff and they said it was a typing mistake and corrected the report. But this really made me doubt the accuracy of the scan.

Such mistakes should be highly avoided.

Service was really excellent, we love to visit here when required Dr Dhaval is reachable even in late evenings for Ultrasound to my aged father-in-law. Doctor is very friendly with good patience and responds. The place kept well cleaned. Charges are reasonable. Center is located very near to saibaba temple beside royal residency layout

I been to svasti diagnostic center a few times for some blood investigations and they are quite good the center is clean and hygienic. The staffs are good and the wait time is also very reasonable. I have also got report very soon when I go to Ultrasound scan and Doctor was also very punctual Overall very happy with the service provided

Twice I got my reports wrong, because of a single value itself, your whole life could turn upside down. By the time I cross checked with some other place, it was too late for me. Please ensure strict quality service, because every digit matters!
