We booked the a room in the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The package was inclusive of breakfast. However, our stay begun on an unpleasant note. 2 hours after checking in, a housekeeping staff barges in our room by using his card. He did not ring the bell nor did he ask for our permission to enter the room. He managed to get access to the room from outside despite the fact that we locked the door. The next day, we’d gone to the restaurant on the ground floor to have breakfast. The range of food didn’t matter much to us, but when we flipped over the cutlery, it was not clean. There were food particles from previous users on it and it was clear that the cutlery had only been wiped. We walked out of the restaurant and requested the receptionist to cancel breakfast for the coming days of our stay as a result of our displeasing experience. The receptionist assured us that it would be done and that the amount of breakfast will be deducted for 2 days. Upon checking out, the manager threw a tantrum stating that by no means will they deduct the amount and that whatever his staff said to us is of no primary value. We asked the manager to show us the accreditation of the hotel being certified as 5-Star. He did not respond to us and proceeded to stay quiet and glare at his desktop.

Please stop preparing Galouti Kabab at your restaurant, its a disgrace to the recipe itself. The texture was coarse, which straight away diminishes the name "Galawat". The worst till date. I hope there was a way to give zero stars.

Everything went wrong at the time we checked in. Website promises so many fabilities but not even 10 percent was met during check in

I took a small team for a farewell lunch. Enjoyed the yummy food and look forward to going there many more times. Price was very reasonable for the buffet lunch.

One of its kind, Svenska is located close to wipro gate 5. This is located in the prime location at Electronics city amongst other competitors. The hotel food is good and also has happy hours drink. The rooms are tidy. Liked the rooftop open bar. The staffs are courteous.

Claims to be a 5 star but more like a 2 star. Buffet in restaurant has minimal options
Staff are not trained well. The major advantage for this hotel is its location but for sure has other better options near by

Well managed. Situated in Electronics City near Wipro gate. Valet parking available. Easily located from the road in front even you are driving. Ambience is good. Food is good. They have hall for corporate programs. Value for money yes. Yes, I can recommend this place.

Not so great, I don't really know how others gave 5* rating for this one.
1. Maintenance is not at all good, even after requesting twice, they did not clean my room. I gave my first request at 9: 30 in morning, but they cleaned the room at 3: 30 afternoon.
2. Refilling the stuff is really bad. Maintenance guys won't give the exact number of items like water bottles, milk cream packets, green tea packets, towel, soap, etc. Sometimes we have to request repeatedly to get the items.
3. All the items listed are not present in the room.
They mentioned PS3 and iPad will be provided for every room, but they did not provide them. After requesting them, they said they have only one PS3 and it is in repair. Instead they gave Nintendo Wii and it has only one remote device. IPad is not given even after my request.
4. Swimming pool is not at all good, maintenance is very very bad, pool is really small it will be roughly 10*5 feet we can barely swim in that. Chairs around the pool are really worse, full of dirt, pool is filled with dried leaves and flowers.
5. Food is also average in taste, number of items are less in complementary. Mini bar is super costly. They are charing 75rs for 20rs lays packet and there is no change in packing. You can actually see 20rs written on the packet. Any one needs some snacks, there are lot of supermarkets around this place. You get them very cheap. Alcohol is also twice the cost.
6. Final and most important, room is no so spacious one. There is barely 2feet around the bed and the room almost ends.

Really bad experience. First day room didn't seem to be cleaned found cockroach, and unclean coffee cups. Day two refused to give a duplicate key when I locked myself out and I had to hurry to a meeting they had me wait till a person came unlocked and retrieved my key from the power slot inside. And today literal mud came out of the shower. That's the straw that broke the camels back. It's a old non well maintained place. Also another point to note there's no deadbolt on the main door. They can open even if u are inside. Had to put DnD on for the whole of my stay. If you order in room dining make sure u have enough time for checkout. As they manually pull the bills tool around 30 mins for me. Since I was late took their cab which was Rs 1400 till nearest metro a total ripoff and I ended up missing my train. The only plus point is the location. In room food was okay no complaints there.

Its a nice hotel. Neat and tidy rooms and a very responsive staff. Interiors are unique and comfortable. Fully scaled glass windows give a good view of the sky. Best thing us they also have tubelights to light the room. They don't have Hollywood movie channels which is my only feedback for them to look at.

The Hotel like to boast themselves as 5 Star business hotel with facilities that will make your stay at as comfortable as leisure trip. But let me clarify that this is just a claim.

Their reality unearthed from the entrance itself. These isn't space to accommodate 3 cars in the parking. The lobby is for the namesake only as it common between reception and entry of Soul restaurant.

The hotel was not at all sold out but the reservation executive cheated us stating that hotel is sold and we were forced to stay at suite category rooms which were like Standard or Deluxe category rooms of cheaper OYO hotels.

The service is very very poor, the service staff is usually busy in their own discussions (as if discussing how to sabotage the image of this hotel faster). Many of the items from menu card were not available. And the restaurant staff doesn't seems to be bothered about it which indicates this is situation since quite long time. They start running around to pack up and wind up the services around 10: 30pm instead of providing 24x7 meal facility.

Overall very dissatisfied with the service and hotel management. Hope the owner is listening and my review will caution other guests who are thinking to book this hotel. Please do not go by their photographs on the booking websites and apps.

It's something different. When I stayed in, the sharp furnitures always poked me anytime I walked around the room. Maybe am not used to "designer" hotels. Staff is courteous but sometimes it's difficult to deal with - most of the times they go with the scripted response even in person!

Neatness will not be there.swimming pool is small and not well maintained.food items and their taste are average. And mostly beverages (alcohol, soft drinks) and food (chocolate, chips) Minibar kept in room are so expensive. They won't provide complementary food inside the room.

Nice mid budget hotel with spacious rooms and a decent breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar is a good place to chill after work.

Decent hotel and the food is OK. But the location is great if you want to avoid traffic as it is very close to Wipro campus in Electronic City.
Rooms are cozy but the size is okayish in my opinion, not too small but not spacious either. They have a rooftop lounge to drink and chill with friends.

In my experience please dont apply any jobs Svenska design hotels because in this hotel hr associate as got bad manner.he dont know how to talk to candidate his behavior is to roud I cant explain that.earlier I have worked with other company I have resigned that company for this job purpose I personally attended the interview on the month of march he as assigned me job role I have several times ask to send me the offer letter he as not sent after that he as confirm me by mail with different role I have asked the hr to change my role he as not yet done.that So that is the reason I didn't join for this job even he as as black mail me that I will join you profile to Bangalore hr group you will not get any calls from hr or any companies like this he is black mailing me like this and even I didn't accept the offer letter he sending like this sms I have proof on that basis I requesting all who required the job don't go like this hotels

Place is great from outside. Maintenance is very very bad. You won't feel the elegance instead you will feel frustrated booking room here. Their maintaince is worst in every aspect.

Nice place.room are spacious and very comfortable with great room service.but a little bit pricey compared to the nearby properties like Golden Tulip and Lemon tree

Needs a freshening.staff was friendly.facilities a bit dirty.windows need cleaning.would not eat from their restaurant.very noisy.

Was good enough for stay, food, party and fitness concious, and business people. Location is very much accessible by public transport as it lies exactly near to Wipro Gate Bus stop.

Svenska Design Hotel is very nice hotel in Electronic city. They have bar on rooftop and its open. Its very nice place to have a drink, sit and enjoy. The staff is very cool and they have nice music as well. They also have swimming pool on roof top. This place is very cool and welcoming. I liked this place.

Worst service at the restro bar at the rooftop. They don't even give a bill that's properly printed and argue that's the best they can give.ambience is great but the service rendered by person is bad otherwise. They can't even fulfil a simple order.

I've been to places in the world but never seen such a worst hotel. Doesn't even has the facility of 2star. I'm wondering who has given 5 star rating. Never ever try this hotel if it's given for free.

No bike or car parking also. You need to park outside in road.

A decent business hotel but the food is not good at all. It's a big let down. Better to have food from outside.

We went for a corporate team lunch with 35 people. The starter was good with lot of veg and non veg options and was served on table. We went for buffet main courses. The desert was little limited variety but overall the place was good with good ambiance.
