Good food, need better service.

Ambience: 3/5 Not bad, could be better.

Food: 4/5 Great! Food tastes great, presentation could be better.

Service: 2/5 Need immediate attention. Food served after long time, not in a manner tha all of us could start eating. Food got cold for some waiting for some items like roti.

I visit this place regularly I have been following up with the food n taste
Beginning food was really tasty
Now chef is changed or something it's not up to the mark

Horrible service. Went there for lunch at 12: 30. Made order at 12: 40. All good so far.

Order was

2 Lassi
1 Chicken Malai Tikka
3 Garlic Naan
1 Chicken Lasooni Curry

First, the waiter came and pushed the tables on either side to our 4 seater table to make space for other groups. Now, both tables were wasted and we didn't have space to get out.

Secondly, a waitress came over and asked us to move out as they had 10 people waiting. She wanted us to sit on the side benches where there is no space and one would have to sit with our back touching the occupant of the next table. Wow. So much for customer service.

The lassi came out after asking 3-4 times, by 1: 15pm. A full 35 mins after ordering. The Malai Tikka came at 12: 25.

By 12: 40, the main dish hadn't come inspite of us asking enquiring about it multiple times. We had already spent 1 hr after ordering.

We decided to get the heck out of the place. I had to push the table to make space to get out. Went and paid bill for what we ate. 2 lassis and Chicken Malai Tikka came to Rs 357. To their credit, the food was good and hence the 2 stars.

Their service is so bad, that I won't waste time at this place again.

Checked Swiggy for prices and they were priced 30% more than dine-in prices.

Go only if you don't mind the shabby treatment and have a lot of time to spare.

Nice place for the people working in and around Electrnics City Phase 1 region. Quality of food is good and value for money is fairly decent. Nice joint for young boys and girls.

So far it's the only place where I found true North Indian taste. Totally satisfy your taste buds. Prince are little high but totally worth it. Great ambience and the hygiene. Very well behaved staff. If you are North Indian I will absolutely recommend you to visit this place.

Very good place to have food. Food is hygienic and delicious. The place is open to sky from one side and gives a feeling of rooftop restaurant. Affordable pricing and nice staff.

Good food but service can be much more faster and ordered item can be properly delivered, should work on faster service and food can be a bit more tastier

Food quality and taste is good. Hotel is placed in first floor. But floor steps are bad. It made by steel steps. It is not safety for girls and children.and washing room also not good.

We hardly found other than us having food here when we visited here. Waiters were hardly interested in taking our order.
Taste, quality was disgusting. We were disappointed with most of the items. Personally I don't recommend this to any age group people. If you see the image I have attached you'll get to know it's just a red paste applied on chicken.

Very horrible service. Ordered my food and didn't even receive it for about an hour. The staff couldn't even care less. The manager's behavior was pathetic.

The food tastes great. The best option compared to the other hotels nearby for north Indian food. A bit costly but worth it for maintenance and cleanliness.

This place started with a bang few months back but seems to be going down the same hole that the previous 2 proprietors went to. One important complaint is service. A standard order takes 20 minutes of waiting to just get the starter. In a location that sees mostly office goers, that's downright no no. Add to that the food is not very special, neither the ambience. It's not a perfect place to host an office lunch party. But initially their was lots of promise. Their chicken Patiala was talked about and word reached my ears from an early visitor. I tried it and it was great. Alas, that was few months back. Now even the onion salad given as condiment was spoilt. Time to pull up their socks if they intend to survive here.

A very bad place. Worst service ever. They cannot handle orders properly. Very rude manager. We ordered butter naan and it didnot show up for 20 minutes. We asked the waiters and managers a lot of time regarding it but to no avail. After all this since our rest of the food was already cold we asked for the bill which they took another 10 minutes to bring. After payment we gave feedback to manager that HE SHOUTED on us saying WHY GETTING ANGRY IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL THAT YOU DIDN'T GET A NAAN. We should not encourage this kind of behaviour. A VERY BAD SERVICE.

One of the better restaurant of the locality. However, with respect to the price and service quality, there is a tremendous scope of improvement.
The main problem is the service. They take more than 20 minutes to serve a simple order of Lemon Soda.
Food is good. Quite a number of options to choose from. Tables and other areas are well maintained.

An average place with surprisingly amazing food. 100 marks for food and service but the ambience and amenities needs improvement. The stairs to climb to the first floor is damaged that can lead to accidents. Restaurant is non-AC and becomes warm, sometimes uncomfortable during noon, mainly due to low ceiling and poor ventilation.

Service is not good, serving of food is very delayed, despite the delay food will not be warm, I'm ok with food not being hot, atleast warm is a minimum requirement, personell management is not good

Decent place to eat. Tawa paneer was awesome. They need to work on dal makhni. Even rayta boondi was so bad. They should know what they are serving. Not too bad.

Non Veg food is not good at all. Service was also bad. It took so long for the food to come and one of the waiters was arrogant also.
Ambiance is good, Nevertheless very disappointed with the food taste.
We went for a team lunch and all of us were upset.

The food was kind of average. Best was kolapuri chicken. The chilly chicken we ordered was overcooked. The Hyderabadi chicken was not that good. Chicken Kabab was ok. Mostly I think service was ok. The paratha was good. Egg biryani was ok. The food didn't have much spice.

One of the best restaurants in ecity, specially for north indian food. Prices are really affordable and service is really great, been there many time, it is truely worth of every penny and minutes been spent there.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Food is not that good as per the price. Service is also delayed. But open area at first floor is good which i think is the only place like this in nearby areas. Nice place to have lunch.

The ambience and the food.is worth every bit of enjoying your dish. If you are visiting this place, you have to try veg platter, paneer butter masala, butter chicken, veg kolhapuri and whatever you want to! It is one best way to relax your nerves, if food is your love! I loved this place!

Food and ambiance is really worth of the money. They have to improve a bit with service. They take a very long time to serve the food after you place the order
