I Booked for family they allow local people to come and party there it made disturbance to my family a lot

The location of this resort was very pretty. The walkthrough inside it and the swings and coconut trees residing near the river. One can view sunrise and sunset from this point. You can see the level of water rising and declining at different timelines of the day. The service provided by the people here is also good they helped us to find some very good spots to visit and even helped to get transportation to the spots.
Though we enjoyed our stay in tent but, the facilities and ambience would win anyones heart to stay over again

Excellent, awesome, extraordinary.
We stayed at Swarna Dweepam resort with my family, it was a very pleasant stay. Helper at the restaurant is very polite and helpful person, he guided us how to reach resort from Udupi.
River side view, best climate when we visited resort, near to hanging bridge and Delta Point.
I recommend this resort for all kinds of tourists (family and friends).
There are no hidden charges, food price is also same as in menu.

Location is good. Owner is cheater and weirdo. He keeps asking for money randomly for every single thing which he initially said was included in package. First he tries to be friendly and know where you work and all. He calls and use abusive words for people while he is drunk. Most reviews posted here are paid one. Please read through negative reviews and comment by the cheap owner.

Great camp site.not just kids my friends dog also had a great time. Good food, wonderful host. Perfect getaway for those who want waterside property.also the Sun rise and sun set boat rides and kayak to mangrove refreshing.

Mr. Santhosh chowta is and excellent host. Breakfast and toddy was given as complementary in the morning for New year. We had a great time and so did other groups came there. Place is huge and sufficient with various options and it's pretty fun.

Excellent location, surrounded by a beautiful flowing Suvarna river on 3 sides. And just a few mins drive from the beach.
We chose the cottage for our stay, they have tents as well.
Santosh was very helpful, cordial and always available.
The caretaker couple from north Karnataka were very friendly and cooked delicious food.
We went on a boat ride as well along with our pet, which was a first for him.

One of the most wonderful places in malpe. Really enjoyed the hanging swing and boat ride. The host Mr. Santhosh and his staff are very accommodating and helpful. We had some trouble with our taxi driver and he sorted it out for us.
Will really visit this place once again. Lots of love. Amazing place lovely food.

I came here twice, once with friends and then with family. The host, the food, the service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed music, campfire and beautiful view during morning and sunset. I would suggest to add more cottages.

Stayed on 31st December. Owner/manager Mr. Santosh Chowda is very money minded and weirdo. He keeps asking for money from people randomly. There are better properties available with better view. Good for drinkers not recommended for family. Refer to this screenshot before you book. Mr Santosh chawda has harrassed us by sending non sense messages and calling from multiple numbers. I wish I could attach this person's recording here.

The perfect stay in the midst of nature. They have options of both tents and cottages to stay in. Settled on an island, it is surrounded by back waters. Apart from the relaxing view, you can also engage yourself with rope swings and other activities available at the property.

A perfect getaway spot with great food and stay. People are cool and overall vibe is really great at this place.

Good place to go with two or more families. We went and came back without staying as my wife only lady there.

It's the best homestay where u get to stay informed tent and old styled hut and if u want u also have ac rooms. Facilities are good. Was feeling as if we were in village island. Morning and night is the best u can have the fun watching river and feeling the wind. In afternoon we swimmed and had fun boating. There is washrooms and have party hall. It was a very peaceful place. I recommend to stay here.

In the last week of December I hosted a family get together for my guests of 140+ people at Swarna Dweepam.
The property is in the banks of river with serene beauty. We were welcomed by organic farm grown coconut water and bhel puri. There was live music. Lunch was prepared in the venue - good taste and hygiene. Highlight was innovative tender coconut soup among many other items. There was cold drinking water too for guests on sunny day. The farm land is so huge that even 140 people didnt seem to crowd that place, which was a good thing. The kids enjoyed with least supervision by entertaining themselves in kids playing facilities. The elders took a spot under tree or in tents for afternoon nap. In the evening we went for boating and were welcomed back with fresh coffee and hot pakodas. Kudos to the organisers as all was arranged will with attention to minute details - clean toilets, ample parking, cold water, enough chairs. Over all it was a good day and quite a memorable experience for the entire family.

I'm writing this review after my second visit which held just a month gap, on my first visit faced water problem and food quantity is very less which made me not to review.
My second visit was held for the new year which made us huge disappointment, we booked for two days and the second-day landowner showed up from nowhere and forced us to leave by morning,
Then we came to know that this place was running by some marketing team and the owner has confirmed to his own guests, next day we are on road and searching for other stays, the worst thing is all expensive due to new year bookings, but finally got a good place nearby 100% better and more cheep.
Careful while booking this place get confirmation with landowner and marketing dealer,
There are better than this and more beautiful stays nearby.
