Dr Arun Kumar is a very good and an excellent doctor, He has cured many diseases for me and my family. Therefore I suggest all my friends and relatives to consult him.

The staff is very rude an impolite.he doesn't respond properly and cuts the call abruptly.u can't talk to doctor directly also as receptionist himself receives that call as well.doctor might be good but doctor losing lot of patients because of the receptionist.there are always better clinics an doctors as well.am not gonna visit this clinic ever again.

Receptionist should be very calm and composed but he is Very rude.he don’t know how to convey the information to patients. I don’t wanna visit again because of this rude receptionist.there are many more Homeo clinics in Bangalore.

Better change the receptionist acting as if he is from heaven and name sake appointment no one is there to send patients accordingly and very rude behaviour. He doesn't know how to behave and basic sense to talk to people.

Staff not cooperative, you call them, the first thing they say no appointments todayt (big lie) then they will say we will arrange for you, you be at clinic at given time and you still wait for hours, doctor doesn't have enough patience to hear patients medical history and illness (though you pay 300/- for just talking to him for 5-10mins (consultation), exclusive of medicines which are prepared inhouse), he says not to waste his time, as he has to go home coz he has earned enough for the day, doctor behaved very rude to a very senior citizen who asked his name casually (patient was unaware as his appointment was booked by his son and took the elder to the doctor), not fit to be a doctor with that attitude

Never ever visit this clinic, he is not a doctor.for the sake of money doing business.and problem will never resolved.better to contact general physician.and morever he will not diagnose the problem.and he does not know the approach.

Dr Shetty is how doctors must be now a days. He will explain every detail of what is happening to you and why.i think that eases half your issue.
Getting an appointment is a task yhiuth. You have to call at 8.30 am on previous day to get an appointment for the respective day.

As far as doctor is concerned, very good person. He had cured my rheumatic arthritis. Thank you so much sir.
But staff behaves weirdly. They can be little more courteous

Visited on 23rd Dec. 2017 to get rid of severe knee joint pain. Treatment and guidance was very nice. With in one week I am feeling better and happy to express my view that 50 percent pain reduced. Thanks to Dr. Shetty Sir.

Swathi Homoeo Clinic Staff is very very bad, very bad, very bad, very bad and they are not at all responding for the call. Just few minutes back i have called them all phones are ringing and but not responding. I have tried after few minutes phone is engaging and again i have tried ringing but no response at all. The staff person is having so much of attitude.

Very pathetic experience, we took 8.30pm appointment and reached at 8.25 -staff told that 4 patients are in que and it will takke half hour then we told ok we'll come back at 9.15, when came back at 9.15 then staff told 5 patients are in que. When we asked whats logic of this then he is with arrogant voice saying you have to wait inside clinic then only you'll be in que. When we further talked to him on this then to our surprise Doctor himself spoken in loud voice. We end up wasting our time. Very pathetic clinic where doctor himself dont have courtesy to talk.
