Such a pathetic & disrespectful experience, very unprofessional and rude specially the manager Dinesh, treats as if they're doing some charity.

I felt it's only with us, then after checking the reviews, got to know, many of them have faced it.they should seriously consider this issue and work on having the professional staff.

Good restaurant at Chord road dissection. Serving both Veg and NonVeg dishes. Had South Mini meals. As u sit. They keep Mineral water bottles which are chargeable. My friends ordered for kalmi kabab and mushroom manchuri. Take both cash, card, upi payments.

The worst food ever I had. Service is too bad. Prices are not nominal. I never recommend Swathi restaurant ever. Better you go for Nagarjuna for better dining

We had a bad experience with food nothing was good. Chicken pepper dry was worst it cost us around 275.even chilly chicken was not spicy at all. Overall it was a very bad experience.evn 1 start is not worth for food

Service wise it isnt that great. The ones at the reception as well are not that great in terms of treating the customer. Food is gud. Do try Goan dry, pepper boneless. Both in chicken

Adding to my experience-

I visit this place atleast once a month. Many a times thrice a month. I am not really happy with the service all the time. Today something happened worth mentioning. I had gone to take a parcel. I paid the money, took the token and went out on a phone call. This guy, Ravi, at the cash counter called me once I returned and he gave back the change. I was really happy. He could have easily pocketed saying he has given back the change. He chose to be honest. Swathi group, if u r seeing this, consider giving him a hike.

Last week I visited West of chord road Swathi restaurant the bitter guard fry which served with meals was very yum and tasty, the person Mahesh the manager was very polite did not expect anything then he gave us a good service, old place new look but extra good taste, for sure I'll visit again.

All old stock foods when we opt for dinner. Repeatedly heated dhal and pappu.
Curd stale / old,
Food is not prepared with care and love, commercial minded and worst.
Only white rice served hot and fresh to eye wash the customers.

No one listen to the order, everyone are in rush to just take other PPL order and food quality is bad

We went there by its famous name but please don't go it's a waste of money. Dishes have to be spicy since it's an Andra style hotel but none of the dishes were spicy. Not even an average food all the dishes were below average.

A good place to have non veg food that's not made in one particular style. Lots of varieties available and prices are on the moderate size for a hotel its size. Food is usually served fast and has decent taste.

This is my regular place with family. Meals were good in the past with Andhra flavors.
Ordered Meals (1/5), Mutton Biryani (3/5) Roti and Paneer butter masala (3/5).

But, yesterday meals was not tasty and limited dishes and no spice & was a disappointment

Meals served with Spinach Dal (2/5), Ritchie-guard sambar (0/5), Cabbage (2/5), Some chutney, Curd, Rasam, Buttermilk.

Caution - Before eating, Check the Goungura Chutney kept on the Table…. It had a Fungus layer due to old stock and asked server to remove it.

Car parking is on road and difficult during peak hours

This is clearly based only for wat I ordered.which was a vegetarian dish. (gobi chilly and fried rice) absolutely not good.though ambience was nice.but not cleaned.

No peace, accomodation is more due to which there is lot of chaos in there. And while having my lunch late @ 4pm after a tiring day, waiter just opened curtains without thinking of the person sitting in opposite direction having lunch. I had to finish my meal fast as there was direct sunlight falling on my face distracting my vision while talking with opposite person. And lack of space planning.

The place is really nice with great food. It's an Andra style restaurant. I would recommend the chicken Biryani and the Andra style chili chicken. The also had a Andra style special chicken which was fabulous. I this if you are a non-vegetarian you must try this place. The quantity and the quality is very satisfying.

Visit 1hour before visiting timing of restaurant, later you won't get anything expect Curd rice and rice sambar

Tastes change in evry dish not like before won't recommend. Change in staff too. Monchow soup biryani nothing was like before

Very nice place to go with family and friends. If you are logging for a spicy twist to your oota this is the place to be. You will get both veg and non veg starters and accompaniments. However, the non veg options are better. Go for meals and ask for your favourite snacks along with it for lunch. If you're going there for dinner I would suggest have the biryani. You get both veg and chicken biryani which are the preferred ones by most people. All in all a good place to go of you are short on time and looking for a place to eat for friends and family.

Unsatisfied service and food too.waste of time and money. No value for money, quantity and quality was worst.

Food it quite good! Vegetarian option for rice is limited and it's ain't good as well! Starters and other beverages are good.

All gravy rates has been increased by 60rs.
Chicken Kolhapuri was not good. (only spice powers was sprinkled)

Mushroom was severed cold.

Overall cost is 882 for 4 items.

Tasty andra style food, though slightly costly.

This place has lost is charm post COVID. We ordered chicken biriyani and Guntur chicken semi gravy. Biriyani was not as expected, chicken was not tender and same goes with Guntur chicken also. Gravy was more tasty compared the chicken. 4 out of 10 for biriyani and 6 out of 10 for Guntur chicken.

I have been going here for almost 20 years.let me tell you, Food is goooood but the hospitality has become poor. They serve you as they feel like and it is annoying to see them behave like nothing is different. So better order food home and enjoy instead of going there to see this.

Must try Swathi special Chicken, chicken chilli.

Those who love South Indian food, please do visit this place. You will get nice food Rice and Dal (poppu). Earlier poppu was excellent, now the taste is reduced. Chutney is super here. Overall you will get worth for your money. One plate meals costs around 170 (as on 12th Feb 2021). Instead of going for pizza and burgers feed your tummy with meals.

Food was below average. Earlier swathi was one of my favorite restaurant but now it's not in my priority list. I don't know what happened to the management, then taste was so nice but now it is not upto the mark.
I don't recommend this for dining.

Expensive Andhra style restaurant. A limited plate veg meal is costing Rs165. Fed up with the taste and service.
These people need to change their cooking SOP and carry out downward costs of items.
Andhra style restaurant meal and items are no longer food of common man. A misery to the common man and night mare.

Best place to hav a dinner on a holiday and festivals i went to hav dinner for new year though the place was full of people we got the seats quickly and the service was also good food is 5 start rating best place to hangout with friends and family members ‍‍

Nice place for family dining both veg and non veg, but parking constraints and holidays and special days huge crowds leads to wait you for longer Times

Bloody restaurant they will charge 320 rs for single meal but no rotis are included in this meal, no cleanliness, we asked for pepper dry but they had out dated kebab pieces which they fried it n gave it as pepped dry i would not even give 0.5 rating for tis restaurant

Swathi has got to be definitely one my favourite restaurants lately! The drums of heaven is finger licking good.one of my favourite dishes. Ambience food and the staff were all good. Chicken biryani was also very good!

Was the best at Rajajinagar but the competition has evolved and Swathi has lost the race. Can improve. Needs to improve.

Such a worst restaurant and worst service that i never come across, no proper communication. Just because it is a brand since ages it's running like this. Even giving one star rating is useless for this waste restaurant.
