Lot of scam happened here previously.most of Different caste girl n boys come here to stay and many suspicious things happens here.

My wife and I had an inter-caste marriage. Once we came to Udupi for sightseeing and booked this hotel through OYO app. But when we reached the hotel at late night after the journey, the receptionist told us that we will not be accommodated in this hotel because we are of two religions. Me and my wife are not familiar with the Mangalore city. We paid the amount online earlier and went to the hotel. It was very humiliating for us. From our personal experience, no one should book this hotel, especially couples and families.

Stay is good but no kitchen, have to go outside for breakfast, cleanliness is good, near by manglore institute of oncology (mio)

I was regular staying in hotel while visiting Mangalore. There is no changes in quality. Good to stay neat and xlean Mr. Aziz supporting us good.

Worst stay, no customer service rooms are dirty I had 3 days stays at this hotel few soiled plates were kept outside my room and after 3 days it wasn't taken off. <br/>Complimentary breakfast is worst and the dining area is complete mess and dirty. <br/>Never had such a bad experience with capital o chain of hotels.

The Room is big and convenient. AC was working. (No Carpet. So the relative old age of the building shows)
Bathroom-clean. Geyser worked.
Location is good. No onsite cafe/restaurant.
Parking is very limited and the road/lane is not paved. So duing raimy season it is flooded.
Overall not bad.

Nice rooms and nice place.near to pumpwell bus stop.but if you book room in OYO app.just call that hotel one day before check in.just to see availability of rooms, if not you got to wait

The rooms were pretty large and comes with glass partition, so you will have both bedroom and hall space. But the room is not very clean with some dust on the floors.

The place is located in a very narrow lane and with waterlogged roads made our entry quite difficult.

Rate wise it is worth for the money paid.

I had a used towel in my room. Water was not provided during check-in. Water in toilet had discoloration. Hotel staff asked for the phone for putting the rating himself. Which I denied. Really had a bad experience
I can't find a zero stars i would have given that.

Hotel rooms are not given without properly checking the rooms. The blankets were wet and were smelling badly. We had to call them every 30 minutes for around 4 hours to get help and get the room clean and blankets replaced.

Smooth checkin. The staff is well behaved. Also you can visit to many tourist attractions which are nearby this hotel from there.

This is one of the worst hotels on this earth. My first booking on OYO and was completely disappointed. No food, no power, leakage in the ceiling and no room service at all. We had to sleep without AC at room and had to travel long distance for food. Sleep roadside but avoid this hotel at any cost. OYO did not care for the concern raised. Never book on OYO, customer service is not good.

Pathetic rooms, no hygiene, cushions are stained and the blankets are smelly.the moment you come out of the bedroom glass door you can smell smoke even if you or your family doesn't smoke!

The worst hotel with absolutely no service no drinking water, no facilities will be provided by the staff.
There was one instance where we had to literally ask the staff for another room due to a bad odour and smell at the room and atleast asked him to change the blanket which was later offered in the mid night while sleeping and we got disturbed.
Not a good hotel on the whole.

Cleaning at the hotel was pathetic. Atleast we expected the restaurant to be clean as its where people come for having food.seeing how it is maintained, we came out skipping our complementary breakfast and had food outside.

Room were spacious and good but had a very horrible experience as a/c wasn't working even though informed to the hotel staffs it wasn't rectified nor had any response from the lobby staffs, requested for a wake up call which they didn't even care off, had a long late night drive for 8hrs and reached the premises late and had to wait for 1hr for the check in process to b done, staffs are not at all friendly, location of the hotel is also to freaky worst roads around the location and most of all the reception guys force us to rate and review 5stars at the time of check out inspire of all these worst services.
Never I would recommend this place to anyone.

Firstly, there is no management control here. The room service is pathetic and unknown, the room boys act as if they are the boss!

The bathroom taps are wobbly and leaky. The main access road is waterlogged and there is no drainage. All in all, a dirty and dreary place, not worth looking up even.

Good place if u just want to keep your luggage and don’t have any plans of staying in the room for long. Rooms look tidy at first sight but is dusty, especially the sofas. House keeping was the worst. They never came to change the towels or make the beds after check in. Room service is provided if they feel like- asked for 2 plates which never came the whole night even after a reminder call. Wifi is available and was working fine. Provides drinking mineral watrr at mrp rate which can be appreciated. Breakfast was some rice item which was served in a very dirty place with all plates left behind on the tables. Morning we found out there’s no water coming from the tap when one of us was using the toilet. No nearbuy shops or restaurants around since this place is located on the highway side. The road to the hotel is a mucky road filled with a puddle of water making it difficult to walk to or from the mainroad to the hotel. Overall a disappointing experience since I was there with my parents and did not have such a place in my mind for our stay in Mangalore.

Rooms are large, clean, good service, morning breakfast available, nearest to Railway junction. Lift is still not there on negative side. Drinking water facility is not so good. Rates are very affordable. Cab or auto tie-up/ connectivity is not proper.

Got an AC double room for 1000 per day and complementary breakfast. Economical. About 4km from the railway station, on the highway. Rooms are good. Decent cleanliness. Average room service. Breakfast wasn't that good. Adjacent to Mangalore institute of oncology and Indiana hospitals. Recommended for short stays and if ur planning to eat somewhere outside.

Worst hotel i have ever seen.toilet is smelling very bad.bad services.complimentary breakfast was very worst.staff's are not responding correctly.basic things like bathtowel and all they have not given

No room service. Even if u call them they won't come. Dusty rooms. And the staffs attitude is like they don't care. If u don't like the room then go somewhere else.

The rooms are "very dirty" and they give me "used bedsheets" and pillows, and food is ok to me but the dinning area is so dirt. "The toilet have no lock". After all they ask my phone and open the oyo application and they give them to 5 star rating and very good feedback. Actually I am the one who want to give them the ratings but they do it themselves.

Don't depend on their food. As there are no varieties available. There is a restaurant nearby (walkable distance) with affordable price. (Both Veg & Non Veg).
Bus stations are also near as it is near to Junction with good bus facility to City.

Good and affordable place to stay in Mangalore. The breakfast area could have been better arranged and cleaner. Breakfast options are limited but are good enough. Nothing to complaint on that front. Breakfast can start at 7am unlike at 8am. The rooms are clean and nice.

Firstly this is out of city, in rainy season you have to swim and come this hotel, worst staff, no room service.you have to follow 8 to 10 times.rooms are good but with no maintenance.not to be fit to give even single star

Hotel environment is nice. Hotel staff are kind and helpful. Rooms maintained neat and clean. A/c I dint feel more effective may be because of Mangalore climate or A/c problem I don't know. Breakfast provided is not that tasty and not good. But u can have outside as every thing is near to hotel. Balcony is not there for any rooms (said by one of the staff). View Outside the window is nothing much attractive. Bus stand auto stand Walkable distance from hotel. It is exact next to mosque and Indian hospital. Overall if u want to just relax and spend your time peacefully. This hotel is best one

#1 - paid through OYO online. Again has to pay at the reception because of some issues between OYO and hotel. 30 mins wasted dialling OYO customer service
#2 - geyser did not work on both check-in date and check-out date. Atleast they could have fixed it on checkout date.

This place was pretty easy to locate. It seems the construction is still going on. I & my group of friends had booked a room here. The booking was confirmed but then we had to take an extra room for the new rule which wasn't mentioned in their policy or updated anywhere in the Make My Trip app. We tried to convience yet the staff were tolerent enough but not helpful. But I'm super glad that Make My Trip had rectified the issue within a span of an hour. Finally after 2 hours. We got our room. It was in the 3rd floor but as the building was under construction. Probably no lift. The glimpse of the room looks good. But then it seems no maintainence at all. The beds were not upto mark. In the sense, Not clean. The floors have turned to be slightly muddy. Washroom was clean. There is a hot water service but then we need to request with the staff for hot water.
I really hope that they'll maintain it once the construction is completed. Becasue it's nice. Please put up a local TV setup. The tata sky didn't have any channels in it. I haven't checked the wifi. Didn't try the complimentary breakfast so no comments on it. I guess once the life is fine, There will be wheelchair access.

One of the worst experiences at OYO. I had booked this stay for two days and the day I landed the concerned person told us that they do not check in guests with Inter Caste religion, even though this was against the OYO policy as well as the rules mentioned. Really disappointing to know that people don't get to stay because of which caste they belong to.

A hotel which is learning it's way to getting service oriented. No real manager to take care of services. Cleanliness of the hotel is a mess. Elevator don't work many times. A/c in larger rooms are not very effective. Verandah is not always cleared of the left over food n stinks. Some rooms are good but some are not. The staff are polite n try to resolve things when highlighted. But the point is that should be part of their check of list in the first place. Lenine which are provided are clean and hot n cold water are available anytime. Parking facilities available. Good size rooms. Preferably take the rooms which are available behind the reception side as they tend to be cooler

Rooms: Horrible rooms, mattresses were old and broken, bed sheets were untidy, all stains on it.
Rooms service: Nothing as such frankly!
Restaurant or breakfast area: Was a small hall with not even a glass to drink water, very unhygienic area with a cute cat wandering (i liked the cat tho but she was at the wrong place at a Wong time).
Food: Dosa, chutney and sambar! That was the breakfast served! Not even a tea or coffee

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY TRAVELER

Booked the rooms 2 weeks in advance. When came to the place at 12, staff was not polite. Asked us to wait for more than 20 mins. Also found that the place is not good enough for families. I cancelled the booking after waiting for 20 mins.

This place was quite dirty. Not maintained at all. The staff was quite casual with the mattresses, etc, which were really dirty. Had a very bad experience

Room was spacious but things that was promised was not fulfilled.mini fridge, hair dryer and breakfast was upto the mark.staff was corporative. If the things that are promised are not their so the price that is show by oyo should be reduced and it's not a premium hotel.

The rooms are quite big. The furniture and the bathroom fixtures are also great. There is good power backup. They kept kicking in often though. The reception is okay. If you miss the breakfast time viz.before 10 am then you're not getting the complimentary breakfast. You can check in earlier than the specified time but you have to pay about 300 bucks and they're good. Not sure if it was because of the early check in but the room was not exactly very clean. It was all arranged though. The floor was dusty and the toilet wasn't cleaned very properly. The hotel gives off a modestly posh outlook but it can work on the cleanliness and service. The checkout was hassle-free. Overall, it was a decent stay. The location is also close to a place called Jyoti theatre around which there are a lot of happening places and almost every bus from the hotel goes to Jyoti theatre. I think I would stay there again if I visit Mangalore.

Sucks. The staff beg guests for reviews. It's that's bad. They have a hole in their rooms. God knows what these guys are upto.

Hotel is not at all nice, Money weast, who eats this dirty food, who stays this dirty place, completely disspointed place.
We booked through OYO, when we spoken to them the response is like they are not bother about it, dnt ever choose oyo in Mangaluru.

Rooms are big and clean, hotel is under construction, in rooms lot of mosquitoes are there. TV is not working, when called on reception to complaint about mosquitoes and TV, they cut our call and now we are not able to contact them also. Service is very poor. We booked rooms before only, we came to check in at 1 pm, they asked us to wait and we waited for so long, third time I went and asked then finally they asked us to go to particular room no. But again in that room smthng was going on, again they asked us to wait for few more minutes. Worst experience ever.

Average rooms its newly opened but the rooms are not clean and the service provided is not good plus the food is pathetic dont eat there you will regret

The building is under construction. The breakfast here was yuck. Bad housekeeping facilities, they NEVER cleaned the room for the duration we stayed there. I'd recommend you to not visit this hotel. Find another one

Booked through oyo. Reached the hotel. Been sitting in lobby for last 40 min waiting to be checked in. Whole staff is busy with something to let us check in. Never thoght checkig in was a task worth more than 5 minutes. Only waiting to be checked in now so that i can provide same review on oyo as verified user.
