Superb place with great affordable prices. Staff is very friendly and view from rooms are awesome. Food is very delicious though all types of food is not available but whatever is available it's delicious.i would definitely recommend this place for stay.

Enjoyed our stay here. Loved the food and the service. Our room was cleaned and looked after for by Krishna who was extremely kind and courteous!

Visited Seven Rivers. Great location. Good poolside seating. Decent beer. Service didn’t match the ambience - took forever to get our food and beverages. Some beverages were missed. Overall service experience had some gals.

A very good ambience with excellent food. We had been there for an engagement party and the banquet hall was very spacious and comfortable and the service was very good.

Went for dinner. Had really nice experience. Both food and service was one of the best I have seen in Bangalore.

It was a wonderful experience of having a Brunch here. The wiiide spread of the buffet was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was great with the traditional south indian & the continental breakfast. Staring with the amazing varities of deserts was a great treat for the taste buds. The starters were served to the table hot & fresh. The next was the mouth watering strech of the chats. The live pizzas was a wonderful experience for the kids & the other ppl. The soft roties were served hot with the multiple choice of curries & salads. There were dosas also not to forget. There were also the icecream range which many elders enjoyed along with the kids. The spread was very great but our appetite was limited. The friendly staff were very helpful and supporting in getting some of the dishes to the table itself as we had people of all ages in the place from a 5 year young to 80 year old.

Nice place in the heart of the city, Taj never disappoints in class. Food is good, by the standards of 5 stars.

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The mini bar was not enabled and was a little frustrating. Staffs were courteous and really helpful. The property is well maintained and would definitely visit again.

I never expected this input from Taj hotels where the reservation desk has no information. Absolutely useless. Mr Raju is so confused at the reservation desk that he is pushing to go as a couple while my request is for 3 adults. Awful experience. Please think twice before trying mg road property.

This wonderful time to come me in Taj hotel. It's really grateful place to all young to families and staff was very clean and good smiling good caring to all customers and that guy name was Mr. Pradesh good guy and tq so much Taj hotel

We had food in The Trinity Square. The was not good nor the service. The service was really bad, we had to ask many times to get starters kept on repeatedly asking them. We were 25 people and they were struggling to server them. The food was soo limited and it's not worth atall. I've had buffet in other star hotels but they have soo many options, this was soo disappointing. The Taj had lot of expectations, but this was terrible.we even told them directly that the main course was not good

Had been to the Trinity square restaurant at the Taj MG Road for dinner buffet. The staff informed that on that day some food festival was planned. So expectations were even high, but the buffet spread was pretty average and even the taste. I have to say any decent restaurant would have offered better buffet for half the price. Really disappointed.

Enjoyed a traditional naming ceremony in a grand setting with an extensive menu that catered to almost every age and taste.

Very centrally located, recently renovated with the addition of 7 Rivers Microbrewery. Memories of China is the best restaurant and amongst my top 3 choices for Chinese food.

I loved the hospitality and the overall ambience of this place. It has 2 huge open gardens on the first floor with a very polite humble staff. Recommended.

Place so good and they take care you so well. Every thing they do has a standard and it beats all the other standards. I like the way cleaned up the room for everyday I stayed there. Its always perfect. There are many hidden things in the room. It was a like a treasure hunt for me. There are holy books as well near the bed. The tea bags they gave were so flavourful that I emptied the cabinet. Food was so great and the service they offer is 24/7 service. I asked for some specifics like to make butter chicken spicy and the chief there made it exactly to my taste. There is a buffet and offer for the people who stay in the hotel. I did not gey a chance to try it. I bet it will be awesome. For in-room dining there is QR code which will be on the cabinet. Scan for the menu. The phone there has button for any service you need. Just press the respective button and wait for few seconds and order whatever you want. From now onwards this place is my go to peace place.

Excellent hotel with all sorts of amenities and polite behaviour of the staff makes it one of a great hotel to stay in bangalore. Food is good, and you can customise it as per your choice. You can get affordable lounges for business meetings and functions.

We went for the Rio festival for new year there. The tickets for the party for over expensive ie 8000 but we still we bought it thinking that it's a party in the Taj and it's going to be good. When we went there it is was over crowded they sold more tickets than they could accommodate and also it was a corporate event for TCS. I came to that conclusion because there were lactating mothers and very old people there with whole family who wouldnt pay for a new year Dj event. So basically it was a corporate event that they funded by selling over expensive tickets to the public.
The dance floor was a joke. The lights were on and there was no atmosphere for their so called dj party. So I hardly saw people dance. The very few that did the hotel management captured it. There was not much in food options. And it takes forever to get drinks cuz of limited bartenders compared to the crowd. People were just getting irritated standing there. Many just stood through that but I saw no reason to go through it because there was no proper dance floor to hit after the drinks.
They promised a fashion show, belly dancers, dance performances and what not. I only saw the dj. I kept returning to the hall to see if there has been a change of event but there was only the dj. So, irritated we left from there cuz we didn't want to start our new year irritated like this.
Hurray to taj ruining my 31st night! It seems like you people just sold tickets so that we could come inside and see what your taj looks like from inside. But, no thank you, we did not want to see your Taj we just wanted to enjoy our New year. Bye bye taj. Never staying or partying with you money mongrels ever again.

I was here for New Year Party last night. It was so terrible. Never expected such low standards from Taj. The place was so crowded. If you can't manage excessive number of guests, then restrict the guests. Horrible experience. Waiters were ill dressed. In fact I felt pity for the waiters, they were so over tasked. They couldn't manage the crowd. Extremely ill organised event. It was way too low for rs6000

We attended Taj Rio carnival for new year party. It was the worst experience of my life.there were no arrangements at all.everything was literally sucking.such was the arrangement that we were thinking to go back home and celebrate.very bad crowd.no proper arrangements for bouncers.people were spreading beer in the middle of dance floor and no guard intervened.it happened several times.i will suggest not to go at any event organised by Taj ever in ur life.

We went for the Rio carnival and it was completely below standard. Other than the food which was also very limited in variety it did nowhere even close to the Taj experience at the icebar lounge

Very worst arrangements for New Year Eve Rio Carnival 2019. No proper seating, dining arrangements. Can't able to view the stage at all. Should not accommodate more people in the venue very congested

Such an idiotic scam called Rio carnival new year event. How can you guys overload people to a huge extent. Neither food nor drinks were proper. Best of fooling people in the name of new year event. Hats off Taj. Never expected this from you guys.

The management needs to limit the tickets.as there was to much of crowd and.make sure.everyone has a proper dinning as.the dinning hall.
Was in sufficient and. I think the bar counter.should have been opened at 9 00 but the staff opened it to early and lot of new sense was created.hope.

Disgusting party place.very low standards.no security for females.evtesing was predominantly visible. DJ was stupid and has no idea what had to be played at what time.

Usually the place is good like any Taj property, but attended NYE event, ICE their, the staff was very rude and at 1 they started pushing people out, rude behavior which I had never experienced before.

Attended Taj RIO Carnival season4 today. OMG! You would think that it would be a wonderful experience but starting from the seating arrangements to the food to the drinks to the entire show, everything sucked big time. It would have been much better if we would have just sat at home and watched some tv. Did not expect this from TAJ.

Horrible new year celebrations. Event was called Rio carnival. Never go to this place for new year. After paying Rs 6000 per couple, it was like a fish market. People were sitting in the floor and eating. We left even before the new year. Must poorly organized event ever. Will never ever go to this Taj!

Utter waste. New year program was really cheating. No planing. No starters or snack provided along with drinks. Drinks not allowed in dining room. Food not allowed to take out near drinks. Even a person had to fight and finally had to beg for drinks. Nonsense hotel

The location is really good. 5 minutes walking from metro. Opposite of a big mall. Lot of good restaurants neaby.

The restaurant is undergoing renovation, it is now housed at a hall with false flooring

The food quality is not on par with Taj standards
The pav bhaji was bland
The pasta was not well made

The ambience is the reason to visit Taj, and the mosaic is not one it used to be.

It is possible that there is some distraction due to renovation, but its not worth price of ~1450 per person (including tax).

Recommend to stay away until the renovation is complete.

Easy to locate from distance. Attended an event, everything went smoothly. However, the ambience seemed to be a little gloomy compared to other hotels.

The Hotel is very prestigious. The conference hall was very big and nice. The hotel lives upto his expectations. And the service is also very good.

The place has a really cool architecture and the interior is just amazing. The event was beautifully organized and It was a really good experience

The Chinese restaurant was up its billing with as expected extremely cordial staff and a wide variety to choose from.
