Tallenge Store

I ordered India map online and its been 3 weeks and I have not gotten any response. I tried emailing them but still have not gotten any response.

My artwork arrived very promptly and safely packaged. Love my purchase and included was a gift calendar compliments of Tallenge.

Quite possibly one of the worst, miscoordinated customer services I've seen in an e-commerce platform.
#21684- 7 days after placing an order I called the customer service number asking for the tracking details at 5: 30 PM on 20.09.2023. To which they said, it has been shipped 2-3 days ago, you'll receive it today or day after tomorrow. It's after my work hours so I'll send the tracking details in the morning.

Which they eventually did not. So i again texted the same number asking for tracking details on 21.09.23 11 am. They did not bother to reply. Then I asked for a mail back on the help section which now says your order will be packed and shipped tomorrow. This kind of blatant lying and mistrust are the hallmarks of a bad e commerce platform.

Do not purchase. Poorest quality painting received online. The person is not ready to respond to solve my problem.

Unreal quality and fantastic customer service! Arrived in perfect condition within a couple weeks and they even included a free print similar to the ones I ordered! 10/10 will be buying from here again

Very bad experience. They couldn't deliver a standard size print on time. No one takes responsibility for delivery after I paid money. My repeated calls and text messages were simply ignored.

I won't buy from them ever again.

The prints I ordered came out perfect. They were well packaged. Even better than prints I ordered from bigger companies.

Service was awesome. My grandson had requested a calendar for Christmas. I searched everywhere, and was beginning to give up, when I found the calendar at the Tallege Store. I am in Canada and was certain that the calendar would not be here in time for Christmas, but today, December 3rd the UPS truck arrived with the calendar. It had been sent out on November 30th and I had only ordered it a day or so before.before. Thank you, Praveen Gupta, and your employees, for such prompt attention. My grandson will be thrilled with his gift. I will be sure to tell him that his calendar was shipped form India, and arrived here so quickly. I was truly amazed.

Excellent service and the delivery time was quick! After the purchase, I realized that I had purchased my art from India-so far away! Yet, Tallenge came through in record time. Two days and my art was already in the US. (Oh, that the US postal service would be as speedy!)

I have ordered tons of prints from this company and was leery about ordering from overseas and the possibility of things getting lost and the headaches of refunds but I am pleased to say that not ONE of my orders had a problem. The printing was excellent, the order delivered in a timely manner, and the prints look magnificent on my wall. The only downside is that shipping is very expensive but the selection and quality is outstanding.

I was a bit leery of shopping at a foreign company, but because the Tallenge price was much lower than competitors, I decided to take the chance, and I'm glad I did. The item I bought, a rolled canvas fine art print, is high quality and everything I hoped for. The website ordering process was simple and straightforward, the order was processed quickly, the shipping from India was surprisingly fast, and the packaging was flawless, sturdy and safe. I will look at Tallenge first when shopping for art prints in the future.

Terrible service. I have not received my order in spite of mailing them more than 8 times.

I'm mostly satisfied. The website stated stretched canvas but the order confirmation stated rolled canvas, so I was disappointed that it came rolled and not stretched. Had I noticed before pressing confirm that it would be rolled then I would have ordered from somewhere else. Also at this price point of $85 I expected the colors to be more vibrant. I was pleased that it arrived quickly, but in the future I will likely use a different service that offers better quality for the money spent.

Subjective: the canvas print looked very nice and impressive, at least by the first sight. The communication without problem - constructive, benevolent, kind.
Objective: after realizing that I have to pay two times for administration fee regarding taxation because they sent my two paintings in single order separately, they agreed to refund the taxation for one of them.

Hello. I received the art print yesterday and was dismayed and shocked to have one end of the tube oily with an orangish yellowy substance that smelled of Indian curry. It was so oily that it made my fingers shiny. Upon opening the tube to retrieve the rolled print I discovered the oily curry smelling substance was on the print which could be seen on the border but not noticable on the print. Needless to say, I shall never buy from you again. Fortunately, I do like Indian curry but not on en expensive print.

Fantastic quality canvas print. Very low price. I was actually stunned when I unrolled the painting. I will be buying several more to decorate the house.

The Tallenge store was very helpful in helping me make my order. They were also prompt in answering my queries. It arrived quickly and I was also given a discount. Highly recommended.

They have an amazing collection. I got an enormous Van Gogh with high quality printing on a good canvas. Great to have found them.

I cannot say how dissatisfied I am with tallenge. In the year 2020 I had ordered multiple prints of Andy Warhol and banksy and a few other prints to the tune of 4000 rupees. To my surprise, I later discovered all these works were fake reproductions and cheap prints. They are not licensed prints or licensed posters. All the prints and images you see on the website are completely fake. They do not own the license to print them. They just have a printing press where they reproduce high quality prints. They are just like a piratebay for paintings prints. Not to trust them. If you care about buying genuine prints do not choose these. Art works are not cheap. Buy art books instead. They are cheap and better than this. I write with a heavy heart because my money was not refunded. I am writing as a customer of this platform.

I was sent a print which unfortunately got damaged in transit, I sent it back and Tallenge immediately sent out a replacement. I was very impressed and very happy overall with the service.

Have ordered art prints twice from Tallenge. Good quality prints delivered both times. Supportive staff and good collection.

Would never order from this company again. Was not aware of extra shipping costs as well as the horrible smell from art work. Very cheap looking Canadian artists deserve better than the reproduction from this company.

Large catalog of classic and modern images. I ordered two framed canvas prints. Both arrived quickly. The quality of the image and the frame was excellent. Shipping was high (as you can imaging) but overall GREAT VALUE. I will order from them again.
